Cuphead POV

I step in front of Brenda after I fired at him. "Why you little-" I cut him off with a punch in the face. "How dare you harm your own blood just cause they dating one of your puppets!!!" I grip my fits in a ball of anger. I shot at him causing him to fall. I gave him a good kick in the stomach. I grabbed him by his fur. "I can't stand father's won't be able to accept the fact that people you might dislike would be the person your daughter is dating!!!" I punch him again causing him to fall to the ground. I kept punching him. He grabbed my fist and throw me out of the house. He went into a portal and I so went in to continue the battle.

After I defeated him. I goes up to Brinda to pick her up and place her on the couch. Putting a wet towel on her forehead and letting her rest. I go back to the devil that is on the floor in pain from his beaten by me. I was still pist off at him. I grab him the fur. "I'm sorry ..." I was completely puzzle at him why is he saying sorry to me? "For what?" "Being overprotective of my daughter. I guess she not my little girl anymore..." He passed out in my armed causing me to drag him in the room to lay him down to rest. I just guest he was over protective of her.

She grown up to be a beautiful woman. She just want to be noticed by her father that she not a little girl anymore but as an adult. I'm ready to be there for her even if it's cause my life to save her life. I would die for her if meant anything for seeing that smile once more.

I just get up and start to clean up the house once again. Which I didn't complain because I cause some of the mess. It would take another of couple of ours to clean up. I hear a knock on the door causing me to stop tremment on the devil. I answered to fine Mugs there. "He buddy!" "Hey Cups is everything ok over here I heard a lot of explosion going on." I sigh and move to the side to let him to come in. He gasp and runs over to them he look at the devil and back up. "Defeated the devil!!!?" I nod as rubbing Brinda arm and smile softly as she sleeps. "You guys are dating! I knew it!" I went in shock how did he fine out. "It was easy spot it out. It seem you two had crush with each other but I wasn't sure guys where a thing. But now I see you guys are a thing!" I just chuckled, "Come on Mugs help me treat the devil wounds." He just nods and goes to get more bands. As Mugs treat the wounds I cleaned up the mess as cook some food. After a good 5 hours they finally woken up. "Ugh what happened...." I gently hugs Brinda. "Thank goodness you fine. I was worry sick." I let go of her to fine the devil woken up. "Oh hi boss..." I move closer to Brinda to protect her. "I'm not going to do anything to you Cuphead. I'm giving up." I was confused at his actions. "What do you mean by that?" He let out a sigh, "I see my daughter found a perfect candidate to be her boyfriend. I learn to see she is no longer a little girl anymore. I'm just sorry for everything. I'll try to be less overprotective over her. You better treat her will Cuphead." I look at Brinda getting up and hug him. "Thank you for understanding father." He just smile and goes threw his portal back to his casino.

Brinda look at me. "Did you beat him up?" I look away, "Nooo..." She grabbed my shirt which I freaked out a bit. "Tell me now Cuppy or else." I chuckle and stared dead in face given her a smug look. "What a cute little demon yourself going to do?"

At that moment I regretted. She turn into her demotic self I fallen to the floor. I gotten up in fear. "You have 2 second to run for your life." I got up and bucket our of the house. "TIME IS UP!!" I screamed out loud as she chase me down the street and her neighbor see us like this. "I'M SORRY PLEASE DON'T KILL ME! AHHHHH!!!!" I was tackle by her as we roll down the hill.
