Esai took a deep breath.
She opened her eyes wearily against the blasting lights from the ceilings and instantly knew she had fallen slept over the room cleaning which she previously had planned to finish.
It can't be helped, the bed was too inviting anyway.
She yawned and stretched her limbs before deciding to roll off to the edge and stand up. The window is covered in darkness. So Esai glanced at her watch.
It's eight in the evening.
She slept for too long. Have they tried waking her up? She wondered.

Living in a mansion that looks like, castle, though small, still felt surreal for her. Even if this would only be temporary, it made her feel so excited somehow.
She marched towards the door and thought of asking Calven if they ate dinner yet. And from padding across the room, she hears a mild crunching noise, even before reaching her hand out to grab the doorknob.
