Maybe I Hate Clowns Too?

The carnival is so cute, it's such a retro vibe. It really feels like we are in the '70s. Plus I don't see any cameras, maybe it's not a collab. There's food, games, rides (including a huge neon Ferris wheel I'm dying to go on) and even more food.

"What's there to save this place is so cute!" Ro chirps happily as can be. She skips off to a game stall, with stuffed animal prizes followed by Colleen and Matt

"She's right this place ain't bad at all" and Roi runs of to the popcorn stand before anyone can stop him. I run after him dragging Safiya with me, there's no way Roi's getting any free food without me.

"Guys!" I hear Joey shout as I run off. There's no danger here Joey, free food, and fun. There's a lady with a spider in her mouth but the spider isn't going to destroy the town. Let's just have some fun if there's any 'danger' it'll come to us.

After eating as much popcorn and candy floss as we can manage, Roi, myself and Safiya mingle with the rest of the group playing games.

I see Nikita flirting with this, I'm not going to lie, a really handsome man with a rich smile, Joey does really well at the strongman test and nearly hits the bell and JC wins Mat a Pony called Blanche. I walk over the where JC and Joey are stood talking in front of a stall.

"So we're here, what now?" I ask Joey, there still no sign of this mission we need to go on.

"I don't know?" Admits Joey shrugging his soldiers.

"Does this town need saving?" JC finally asks what I know we've all been thinking.

"Erm," Joey turns to the woman on our stall, stuck with a permanent (and rather eerie) smile on her face. "Do you need saving?"

She doesn't reply.

"Smile if you need saving?" JC asks her.

She keeps smiling her face unchanged at all.

"She smiled!" We all say in unison laughing.

I return to the games with everyone else and win myself an orange stuffed monkey. Eventually, I decided to call him, Gerald. I see Matt and Ro heading for the Ferris wheel, not without me you're not. I think to myself. I grab Roi, being a daredevil's persona he would be down to ride and run towards the giant wheel. However it's too late, the duo is halfway up by the time we reach it.

"We'll just wait for them to get down,"  Roi suggests. So we stand at the bottom.

"Hey, Matt," I shout and wave at them trying to get their attention. "What's the view like?"

As muffled noise comes from the top almost like Matt is trying to say " the gowns need a pill."

We clearly can't hear him properly. So I'll just wait until they're on the way down before I find out why an item of clothing requires medication.

All of suddenly the noisy gear grind to a halt leaving the ride stationary Ro and Matt stuck at the top.

"Aw what, now we'll never get to ride it." Roi moans. Though I was thinking the same thing at first I am a little more concerned for my friends left suspended at the top.

"You two alright" I holler up to them an the response sounds like a yes.

"Ladies and Gentlemen!" A megaphone bellows from the town center where I see everyone has gathered, Colleen turns around to see me and Roi, beckons us other to group the groups.

"Guys, guys look!" Joey says to me and Roi, gesturing to the suspicious looking box now in his hand. It looks kinda like a jack-in-the-box.

It seems the group has been having a debate over whether they should open the box. But were interrupted by the mayor who apparently is the attractive man Nikita was speaking to's Mom, she doesn't look old enough though I must give her credit.
