THE CAMPSITE

~ 14 ~

The sun shines on the dining table, J.Seph is sitting there with a newspaper in his hand. Mina is sitting on the kitchen counter with a cup tea in her hands, she has a smile on her face. How can someone look so cute while looking at a news paper?

Mina gets off the counter and presses a kiss on J.Seph his forehead. "Shall we go to the campsite?" he smiles, Mina nods. J.Seph started working on the campsite and she was very grateful. He helped around a lot, she liked having him around. The brown haired guy puts away the newspaper and stands up, "Let's go" he grabs Mina her hand and pulls her with him towards their car. The couple doesn't live together but when J.Seph helps at the campsite he stays at Mina her place, Mina liked having him around, it made her feel safe and not as lonely as she normally felt. J.Seph looks at the girl, they weren't an official couple yet but they were dating for months now, somehow they were fine with how things were going how they are now.

Mina walked into the reception being greeted by their only employee for the reception, "Hi Miss Zhi" the girl smiles "and Mr Kim" J.Seph greets her back and he looks at Mina, "I'm going to see if I can help at the animation team" she presses a kiss on the boy his lips and walks away, the boy smiles as he watches her walk away. "Does she know?" The receptionist her eyes meet the ones from J.Seph. He smiles "No she doesn't" he walks up to the girl, she stands up, "Here are the papers" she hands him some booklets and sits back down. J.Seph smiles and thanks the girl, he walks towards the office in the back and sits down on the chair he smiles at the wall, he likes to remember the days, they have good memories. He opens the booklet in his hand, a smile is on his face while reading it. "She's out with the animation team" Areum and BM walk into the office, "Okay let's get going!" J.Seph stands up and grabs the booklets. They start walking to the restaurant, the restaurant has flags and balloons all around the place. Mina her birthday was and they wanted to celebrate it, J.Seph thought with all the hard work she has done they could do something fun. "Are you going to ask her?" BM looks at J.Seph, the boy nods, "Yeah I think it's time to ask her" he smiles, "I'm proud of you J.Seph" BM places his hand on his friends shoulder. J.Seph walks towards the kitchen and looks around to find the cake, a big cake is standing on the counter. He smiles and walks back, "They're back!" Areum smiles and walks outside to greet her friend. "Hey Areum, what are you doing here?" Mina walks up to her friend and hugs the girl, "I wanted to grab a drink with you" Areum smiles, Mina her eyes light up "Sure!" Areum grabs Mina by her arm and start walking towards the restaurant, "Why here?" Mina looks at her friend, "I heard about the cocktails you're serving here" she smiles, Mina chuckles "You know I make them myself?" She giggles, Areum looks surprised "Really?" Mina nods.
The pair walks into the restaurant and yelling fills the ears of the girl "HAPPY BIRTHDAY!" Mina her mouth drops, her eyes start to get watery and she looks at the boys in front of her, she hugs them and Areum walks up to the group and joins the hug. "Thank you guys" Mina whispers while the tears start rolling down. "Let me make some cocktails quickly for you all!" Mina runs into the kitchen and grabs four glasses. "Let me help!" Areum walks behind her and smiles, "What do I need to grab?" She looks at her friend, "In the fridge are strawberries and mango diced, I need those" Mina smiles and Areum nods.

Areum and Mina walk back with the cocktails and Mina smiles, "I'm really happy you guys did this" Mina sits down beside J.Seph and gives him his cocktail. BM cuts the cake and gives everyone a slice, "Can I ask how old you are now?" BM looks at Mina, "I'm 22 now" she smiles as she takes a sip of her cocktail. J.Seph holds Mina her hand and smiles, "Can we talk outside after this?" He smiles, Mina nods with a smile "Yes sure."

J.Seph looks nervously at the ground, "What is it J.Seph?" Mina asks while looking at the boy. Their eyes meet, Mina grabs the hand of the boy. His hand is sweaty, "This is your present" he hands over the booklet, she looks at it "What is this?" Mina looks at J.Seph in confusion. "I wanted to make it official between us, let's live together."
