Your p.o.v:
I arrive home and everyone was exhausted and so was I. I plop onto the couch and started to watch sleepy Hollow "hey, (Y/n)?" Eren called, I look up and see her by the door "I'm going out for some food. Want anything?" She asked "what are you getting?" I asked "McDonalds" "Get me a some fries and chicken nuggets" I told her, she nodded and walked out.
I continue to watch sleepy Hollow until I get a lil sleepy then I pass out.
~a few hours later~
I wake up to someone shaking me, I open my eyes and see Phillip "pip, why are you waking me up right now, you should be in bed" I said as I rub my eyes "(y/n), someone is on the phone for you" He said as he gave me my phone "Thanks pip" I say as I pick up and put it to my ear.
(Y/n): hello?
Caller: is this (Y/n) (l/n)?
(Y/n): yes, this is (Y/n)
Caller: this is Erens mother, Katherine.
(Y/n): oh, hey Katherine! What's up?
Katherine: Eren is in the hospital, she was in a car accident
(Y/n): ......
Katherine: (Y/n)? Are you there?
(Y/n): yes, I'm here
Katherine: if you could come to the hospital that'd be great
(Y/n): of course, I'll be there
I end the call and get up "(Y/n)? Are you alright?" Phillip asked me, I didn't reply. Soon I felt tears forming in my eyes "Phillip, get everyone, I don't care if their not dressed just get them to the car as soon as possible, ok?" I said as he nodded and went up stairs to wake them up. I start to sob but I sucked it up. Phillip comes back with everyone and we go the the car and start to drive to the hospital.
