Izuku jolted a little the voice is very chilling and also calm he stop on his track and look around on his sorroundings to search the person who said that only to see none "over here" then he look at his left there a person sitting on top of the railling

" izuku ask the woman stood up balancing at the railing she looks at him and said "i come from many names sarah,trixie,mary,jane,hana you name it but i wont tell you my real name but Alcena is what im famous at" she jump towards izuku and slowly walk towards him with a smile "the name Alcena is meaning 'the beauty within' and symbolic of passion and creativity but the real meaning of it is..... cruelty, grief and jealousy " (p. S i made this up)
she looks at him making izuku scared her eyes is pitch black staring right through his soul "thats what i like about that name and to answer your other question" she points at the gem necklace and said " that gem is me but also not me let say my temporary home" she look at izuku and turn around
"so i heard everything" she said happily making izuku jolted "that deosent answer the fact who you really are" said izuku she walks aimlessly at the building and jump on the top of the railling and balancing and look at him "its not yet that time to let me freshen up on you.... all might was the last straw? Isnt it? " she said
Izuku looks down then speak "so you knew everything.... On how twisted my life is " izuku said looking at her "i did nothing wrong i just want to fit in but cant.... You need to have a quirk to fit in and become a hero so no one can look down at you... No one can criticize you... " izuku said the girl look at him her black hair swaying in the moon light staring at him nothing but blank "sometimes its the best thing to end your life so you wont expirience this feeling again on how people looks down on you on how worthless human trash you are or worst than trash getting bullied every single day getting molested because of your looks and got dreams crash by your favorite hero is not a good feeling" izuku said and clench his fist
The woman name Alcena stood still looking at him and sit down on the railing "tell me izuku what if you have a quirk now what will you do?" she ask
Izuku look at her and look down again izuku is thinking about his life if he have a quirk now
"will you pursue your dream and become a hero? " when she said that he remember all might talking about a person not gonna become a hero if you dont have a quirk he remember bakugou bullied him and those classmate of his whos looking down on him "or... Will you become a villain and repay them of what they've done to you" this stop izukus thinking he cant think straight "do you want to get revenge izuku? Come one you can tell me do you want to get that person who push you? Do you want to remove those heros? Whos nothing but a false one?"
Izuku remember everything happen today he only clench his fist and gritted his teeth in anger
"No.... I want to get revenge on this world.... I want to destroy this twisted world..... Your nothing without your quirk? Yeah right! What will happen if someone remove your quirk what will you feel now!" he shouted glaring at the horizon
"true this world is twisted but that cant change the fact that they are human" she then look at him "tell me truthly izuku what will you gonna do if you have a chance to have a quirk what will you change in this world? " she said circling him
Izuku smile sadistically making the girl blush "hes hot like that" she said to herself

The woman blink then laugh out loud making izuku glare at her she look at him and said "yes! This is very interesting i will help you izuku midoriya! I will give 1/4 of my power to you to accomplish that goal!" she walk towards izuku
"Im no human nor my power is a quirk and such its more than that it beyond than that" she held her hand in a hand shake "i will also help your revenge on those little kids what do you say izuku? "
Izuku looks at the hand and look at her

Making the girl blink izuku turn around and said "i will take revenge on my own hands without using a quirk. i will only gonna use you when the time i already start planing my plan to destroy this world by removing their quirk to have an quality so people like me whos quickless can live a happy life thats why" he look at her and said "train me until im more stronger than anyone i wont stop i wont fail i wont lose to anyone until i accomplish my goal "
He said sadistically with a smile
"hahaahhahahaah!!!! "
Izuki got mad and look at the woman glaring holes at her "you really got my interest izuku!!! fine i will train you and help you complete your goal!! But let me warn you my training is not that simple nor the path will you take will be easy" she said izuku turn around and walk towards the door exit and said
