3. Her Again

Cole's POV

It was a normal day for I got up did my normal routine went to the gym, took photos, got coffee and was now at a table read for Riverdale. What happened next I would have never expected to happen for a minute I thought it was a dream. 

"Okay guys this is episode 9 and there a few announcements first off we have a new set and it will be  apartment and we have a new addition to the cast and here she is" 

Everyone turns to the door and there she is the girl I haven't seen in what feels like forever she looks the same to me that long brown hair and those brown eyes my mouth was shut but I swear my jaw was on the ground. 

"Guys this is Sierra Jeffrey and she will play Bethany Jones"

She walks over to the seat across from me she is seated right next to KJ. My face turns white and I feel lightheaded.

"Are you okay you look pale" Lili whispers in my ear

"Yeah just don't feel 100% today" I respond 

I look back at her and our eyes meet as soon as our eyes have contact everyone else disappears it feel like we've been looking at each other for hours when in reality its been seconds. All my feelings come rushing back here is our history. During Suite Life on Deck me and her had crushes on each other but from being in the business I've seen so many co stars date just to break up and hate each others guts so no matter how hard we fell for each other every time we would get to that point I would distance myself. I know that was a terrible thing to do because I basically lead her on and I also never gave her closure so we both have open wounds that haven't healed and that is one of the things I regret most in my life is never dating her. I knew if we did date it would have been electric but if anything went bad and I lost her completely in my life I would hate myself more. 

"Sierra why don't you introduce yourself to the cast" One of the writers says

"Okay" she says standing up from her chair "My name is Sierra Jeffrey I've been acting since I was a kid my first real show was Lizzie McGuire" as soon as she says that Lili gasps

"Oh my god you were Samantha" Lili basically screams across the room

"Yeah I was then I was on The Suite Life on Deck with Cole" as she says my name she moves her hand in my direction and everyone looks at me

"Oh  so this is like a reunion for you guys?" KJ says

"Yeah its been a long time Sierra" I say

"Yeah it has. And thats basically everything" she says sitting back down in her chair. As soon as she sits down we continue with the table read they are gonna write her in as Betty and Archie's friend who left when they were little and now has moved back into town and she will be the love interest to Ross Butlers character Reggie. Once the table read is over I am the first one to leave the room and I go into the next room to get more coffee I need something to calm me down. As soon as I pour myself a cup KJ walks in to the room and asks

"Hey so how well do you know Sierra" he looks very interested 

"I would say pretty well, why?" I ask

"Ummm I just wanted to know is she dating anyone?" Now I know what his intentions are from this conversation. Don't get me wrong KJ is one of my best friends but I don't want him anywhere near her I know that selfish but if I can protect her from anything I will in a heart beat.

"Umm I don't think so but dude I don't think its such a good idea" I say staring right into his eyes

"Why?" 

"Because KJ she's new and you don't want a messy break up with someone you work with because you can't get rid of her you will have to see her all the time" I try to make sure he sees the possible things that can happen.

"I can see that thanks for the advice but I think I'm gonna take a chance with this one" He says walking out of the room. I have never wanted to run after someone tackle them and just stop them from something but its KJ's life and I can't interfere with them so right then and there I made a pack with myself I would stop anything as long as she's happy. But to start that promise I have to clear a few things up I walk into the hallway to see her walking toward me.

"Hey Sierra can I take to you for a second" 

"Yeah sure"

"I know we have been awkward with each other and I just want to get passed that and not only have a good working relationship but also have a great friendship the way it was before all of this" I say hoping she says yes

"Cole" she says looking down "I would love that I think its time we put this behind us and I really do miss you more that words can describe"

I have never been so happy in my life finally we can try and slowly move passed it. Right in that moment I just wanted to hug her just to hold her body close to mine but its to soon for that. But God how much I wanted to hug her it was a urge. After that she says goodbye to everyone and goes outside the building into a car waiting for her. Seeing her leaving in that car I knew that it'll take a long time to adjust but hopefully within the coming months seeing her won't hurt as much as it is now.
