Team 7 was currently waiting by a bridge for their sensei. Naruto was also waiting for them tossing around a mass od Dark Matter, Wild was beside him sleeping.

"So where is this sensei of your?" Naruto asked Mito.

"He's always late like this. He was even late for our first mission!" Mito exclaimed

Kakashi then appeared out of nowhere and as soon as he did...

"You're late!" Sakura and Mito shouted.

"I have a vaild reason this time. I went to get you your entry's for the chunin exams

"Li- oh wait that's actually valid." Sakura mumbled

"Wait what are the Chunin Exams?" Naruto asked

"It's series of test that will prove whether or not you will become chunin." Mito explained

"You say that like people die during these exams." Naruto said

"That's becasue they do and you guys have one week to prepare. Just turn these papers in room 301 on the third floor of the academy." Kakashi informed before disappearing.

"You guys go ahead and train I'm going to ask the Hokage something." Naruto said as the others nodded.

[Hokages Office]

"What do I do?" Hiruzen said worridly as he sat at his desk.

"Hey old man!" Naruto yelled as he jumped through the window.

"Aahh! Naruto what the hell!? Don't scare me like that!" Hiruzen exclaimed as Naruto chuckled.

"C'mon old man it was just..a...joke." Naruto paused as he looked at the sea of papers surrounding the office, there was stack three time his size!

"Uh Jiji? Why is there a stack of papers three time my height?" Naruto asked as Hiruzen signed another document.

"Oh those are just the marriage contracts for the Uchiha and Uzuma-" Hiruzen started

"Enchant Hellblaze!" Naruto yelled as the stack began to burn into a column of fire.

"Why did you do that?" Hiruzen asked with a sweatdrop.

" 'Cause I felt like it." Naruto deadpanned

"Well what are you doing here? Do you need somehing?" Hiruzen asked

"Actually yes I do. I would like to watch over Mito-chan during the chunin exams." Naruto said as Hiruzen looked at him confused

"Naruto those exam are only for the ninja who'll try and make chunin." Hiruzen stated.

"Well I'm basically her guardian angel, so should watch over her incase she gets hurt." Naruto proclaimed as Hiruzen sweatdropped.

"You gonna go even though I said no aren't you?" Hiruzen asked

"Yep!" Naruto exclaimed

"Well I'll enroll you as the guardian proctor for the second part of the exams." Hiruzen said as Naruto smiled

"Thanks Jiji!" Naruto exclaimed as he jumped out the window.

"I swear to go the next person to jump through that window is gonna get punched." Hiruzen grumbled as he went back to signing paperworks

"Yo! Sensei!" Jiraiya greeted as he was met with a fist

"Whyyyy?"  The Sannin screamed as he flew across the village.

Naruto was currently flying through the air using ings made of Dark Matter. He felt good he was back in the village, reunited with his friend, and was one of the most powerful beings on the planet.
