~(Y/N)'s POV~
I ran through a forest fire. I ran and ran until I was cornered at the same edge where I fell off of. I look down to see nothing but gray clouds. I then hear growling. I spun around to see 4 black wolf figures with blood red eyes emerge from the fire. I gasp and start backing away in horror and fear. When I was at the edge I soon see Arlo emerge from the fire. He walks towards me before stopping in front of me, growling, and sliced at my eyes.
~End Of Dream~
I gasp and shot up with tears falling down my cheeks. I look around to see I was in my room. I slowly calm down before getting up. I slide open my door and I walk through the hallway quietly as possible. Little did I know, I woke up a certain tiger. I walk in front of the Jade Palace and look up at the stars. Remembering what my father told me before Arlo came. "What are you doing?" I hear Tigress say I spun to my right to see Tigress leaning against a pole. "W-well, I-I just woke up a-and I thought why not take a late night stroll?" I said while rubbing my neck. "You had a nightmare didn't you?" Tigress said before walking towards me "pff, wha? Nah, ok yes...I did have a nightmare" I admitted. "Wanna talk about it?" Tigress asks while sitting down on the cold concrete steps. I soon sat beside her. I then explain about my nightmare. Tigress sighs "I know how it feels. Being afraid" Tigress says sadly while looking down. I look at her, shocked. Did Tigress just told a wolf she barely knows that she was afraid once? Can this get any weirder? "R-really? Why?" I ask "I don't want to talk about it" Tigress said and my ears flatten. After a few minutes of uncomfortable silence I soon broke it. "Hey, can I tell you what my father told me once before Arlo came?" I ask and her ears perk up before looking at me "why? So you can gain my trust and use it against us?" Tigress growled. I raise my hands up in surrender "I swear I'm not going to betray you or the others. I just, I just thought since you told me something that I think is pretty personal I just think it will be fair to say something that might cheer you up. Also, I pretty much don't tell anyone this just in case" I said and Tigress sighs "alright" Tigress said. I smile before looking up at the sky "do you see the stars?" I ask before looking at her. Tigress looks up "yea, what about them?" Tigress asks while furrowing her eyebrows in confusion before looking at me. "Our family members who past away lives up there. They look down at us as we go through our lives. They will always be with us even if we don't know it" I said and Tigress looks at me shocked before quickly looking at the stars. "So, that means, my family is up there?" Tigress said "yep" I said with a smile before looking up. I yawn before standing up and stretching. "Might as well get some sleep. We have a lot to do in the morning. Or at least I do" I said while Tigress stands up. "Oh, um, o-of course" Tigress said and I look at her suspiciously before shrugging it off. We walk to our rooms in comfortable silence. Once we we're at our rooms I turn to Tigress "goodnight Tigress" I said before walking inside. "Goodnight (Y/N), thank you for cheering me up" I hear Tigress say before I closed my door. I lay on my bed with a smile before saying "your welcome".
