Nina Lee was born in Sydney, Australia on January 11, 1997. She is the third child out of four with one younger brother, one younger sister, and an older brother
As a kid, Nina was outgoing but very lazy. The only time she ever went out was when her family went out to the beach and she could surf. Living in Australia was fun, everyone was laid back and chill. She was very popular and one of the smart kids
In 5th grade, her parents signed her up for a city wide opera show. She practiced everyday with kids from all around Sydney and even some kids from Melbourne. She was nervous at first because she had seen an opera before and she thought it would be hard
Fortunately, she was naturally good. So good that the musicians she was working with gave her a solo part. Her voice was powerful! Later in her life, she went on to do a lot more opera shows and even join an orchestra playing the violin
She was a known singer within her area. If she would ever try to get into a school talent show, they would automatically give her a spot because of her powerful voice. She never disappointed anyone
Her parents encouraged her to try out to be an idol. She was hesitant because she knew that dancing was a big part of being idol and she couldn't dance. After months of convincing, she tried out for several companies. JYP and YG really liked her, so she had to choose which company she wanted sign with. Of course, she choose YG as her was known for his charismatic groups. Later, she moved to Korea by herself
Her put her as a main vocalist of course because of powerful voice and as a lead dancer because, believe it or not, she was an excellent dancer
