Well if the procedure doesn't go correctly or we fail at it, he will go permanently blind but if it works he'll have bandages on to heal his eyes and the next day he should be able to see again but his eyes may change different colors sometimes

Yea, but they will change with your mood so a regular mood is your regular eye color but they won't change all the time just most

How much time do we have to decide

Well the doctors think the sooner the better and they want to start in 2 days
