(Read-Kun's POV)
A week passed and I've been having the most fun with Jason and Miss Voorhees at camp. I was in kitchen with Jason and his mom. We were coloring and she was cooking.
(Pamela's POV)
I looked to (Y/N) and Jason. I was happy Jason found someone his age that didn't make fun of him. Maybe it was because she was different herself, maybe not. I looked at my watch.
"Oh, dear. You two need to leave. They're starting s'mores." I said, looking to them.
"Yay! S'mores!" (Y/N) shouted happily.
She and Jason got up quickly and ran out the door. I smiled, shaking my head a bit and went back to cooking.
(Jason's POV)
"Where are we going, (Y/N)? We shouldn't walk to far from camp." I explained as (Y/N) took me into the woods.
We stopped at a large tree not to far from the campgrounds. I looked to (Y/N), who looked like she was looking something.
"What are you looking for?" I asked as I waited for to her tell me what we were doing.
"I'm looking for a sharp rock." She answered.
"Why?"
"You'll see."
(Y/N) gasped a bit as she picked a pointed rock up off the forest floor. She walked over to the tree I was standing by. I watched (Y/N) peel off some of the bark off the trunk. Once one spot of the tree was bark-free, she turned to me.
"We're gonna carve our names into the tree." (Y/N) explained.
"Why?"
"Because we're best friends and best friends carve their names into a tree together." She said.
I smiled as (Y/N) started carving her name into the tree. After she was done, she handed me the rock. I walked to the tree and started carving my name.
(Y/N) looked at the tree.
"Something is missing." She continued looking at the tree until she smiled and walked to it, carving 'BFFs' at the bottom of our names.
(Reader-Kun's POV)
All the campers, including Jason and I, were all in the dining hall. Jason and I were sitting by ourselves, by we didn't mind.
"(Y/N), I colored this for you." Jason said, sliding a colored picture of a fairy.
"Aw, thanks Jason. I colored you something too." I said, pulling out a folded, colored picture of a dragon from my pocket and gave it to him. He took it and smiled.
"Thanks, (Y/N)." Jason folded it back up and put it back in his pocket.
*Next Day*
(Jason's POV)
I was with my mom, waiting for (Y/N) to come to get me. Mom looked to me and saw me smiling like a doofus.
"So, is (Y/N) your little girlfriend?" She teased.
"Ew, not way! She's a girl, and girls have cooties." I answered, crossing my arms and blushed.
Mom giggled a bit, looking at the door as it opened.
"Morning, Miss Voorhees. Morning, Jason." I heard (Y/N)'s voice.
(Pamela's POV)
"Morning, Miss Voorhees. Morning, Jason." I saw Jason light up when (Y/N) walked in.
"Come on, Jason. Let's go play." (Y/N) said, running back outside.
Jason ran out after her.
(Jason's POV)
(Y/N) and I were doing doing arts-and-crafts. I couldn't tell what she was making, but I making a friendship necklace. I slowly broke it in-half, being careful not to ruin it.
After arts-and-crafts were done, (Y/N) and I were by the shoreline. We played in the soft sand.
"(Y/N)?"
She looked up at me.
"Here, this is your half." I said, giving (Y/N) her necklace.
"It's a friendship necklace. As long you keep it, we'll always be friend." I explained as she took it.
"So, you'll always be my friend, Jason?" She asked, putting the necklace on.
I got up and hugged her. She hugged me back.
"I promised." I said
We spent the rest of the day playing in the sand and splashing each other with the water rear the shore.
