Areum's POV

It's been a week since Mei came and I also noticed that Xukun and Nongnong were acting reaaaaally weird lately. Nongnong became clingier than before while I always caught Xukun staring at me or towards Mei.

And that new girl, she's really weird. There's something really off about her. It seems like she's angry at me for some reason that only her knows. She even rolled her eyes at me when the boys mention Chengcheng and I, asking if we were officially dating already or not.

But yeah, speaking of Chengcheng, I miss him. He became sweeter than before. I know he's busy but he always text or call me just to ask if how am I doing. Just wait till you come home Chengcheng....or should I say my soon to be boyfriend?

My thoughts were soon interrupted when Nongnong tugged my sleeves. I looked up to him only to see a pouty face.

"Areumie!! Why were you not listening to me?? I was blabbering and all in here but you were not listening at all!"

"Aww sorry Nongnong. I was just thinking about something...." I trailed.

"Thinking about what?" He asked curiously. "That must be really important that you actually spaced out"

"Uh yeah. Sort of...." I heaved a sigh before speaking again. "I was thinking of finally making Chengcheng as my boyfriend when he comes home. I mean, I've been really missing him lately and I think I like him more now. It really excites me whenever his name pops up in my phone screen." I said, feeling my cheeks getting hot.

"Oh....are you sure about that Areum?" Nongnong avoided my eyes.

"What do you mean? Don't you like him for me? I mean, what's wrong?"

"Oh no no! Nothing's w-wrong. I  was just asking if are you sure about it since it's really sudden for you to decide."

"Oh Nongnong I already thought about this so many times. And I finally made up my mind." I smiled at him. "I know you're just worried about me like every guy friends out there right? But don't worry Nongnong, I got this okay?" I hugged him. I felt him nodding as he hugs me back.

"Now look at this cute best friends. Hey dude get off my girl" I got off from hugging Nongnong and looked at the person who spoke earlier.

Wait is this true??? Am I dreaming?!

"Are you just going to stand there and stare at me babe?" Chengcheng said as he spread his arms. I wasted no time and ran towards him. I jumped and wrapped my legs around his waist and hugged him so tight.

"Woah woah baby did you really miss me that much???" He asked, surprised by my sudden action.

"Yes you idiot! Gosh you're finally back! But why did you not even told me about this?" I asked, still not getting off from him. My face is buried on the crook of his neck.

"Yes baby. I missed you so much and I wanted to surprise you" he answered.

"*cough* I'm still here you know? Geez!" Nongnong faked cough which made me r alize about his presence. I got off from Chengcheng and let the two guys talk.

"Hey sup man! It's been a while!" Chengcheng approached Nongnong and man hugged him.

"Uhuh but enough chitchat. Where's my souvenier? Did you bring any chocolates???" Nongnong asked excitedly. Chencheng just chuckled.

"Yeah. I left it in my locker before I came to find you both. Why are you here at the garden tho?"

"Well I wanted some fresh air so I bring Nongnong here with me." I answered him. "Oh by the way, we have a new classmate. She just came here not that long ago. Have you met her already?"
