Tweek opened his eyes and ran his twitchy fingers through his sweat drenched, blond locks of hair. He could tell it was the middle of the night since the room was pitch dark. It took him only moments before he realized he wasn't in his own bedroom or in his own bed; after what seemed like having a short heart attack he realized he was in Craig Tucker's bedroom on the floor with a blanket and pillow.
He smiled and let out a sigh of relief, remembering that he had slept over at his friends house the night before. Tweek looked over at Craig sleeping in his bed and he felt his cheeks flush red; Craig had looked so cute with his black hair in a mess on top of his pillow and his arms wrapped tightly around one of his blue pillows as he slept. Tweek couldn't help but blush as he stared at the boy. Quickly he shot himself back down, thinking there was no way Craig was gay. Ever since they started going to high school Craig had beautiful girlfriends. It figured he was too beautiful for that hope to be true.
Tweek started to shiver as the cold winter breeze blew in through his friend's open window, but he understood he was far too nervous to wake up Craig to ask him to shut it. After much self contemplating and ten minutes of shaking helplessly in his thin pajamas Tweek decided that he was going to try and close it himself. He stood up, folding his arms trying not to shiver to loudly, if that was even possible. Better safe than sorry, he thought to himself, as he held his breath leaning over Craig. He stretched to reach the window frame just behind his sleeping friend. He balanced on his tippy toes, determined to succeed, when he heard a warm and familiarly nasal voice come from under him.
"You're trying too hard..." He chuckled. "Are you holding your breath even?"
Tweek looked down to meet Craig's grin and beautiful ocean eyes. The blond looked away, gasped for air, and stood straight as he feared he would be blushing once again.
"I-i was j-just trying to... To.. um.. g-gah!" Tweek looked down and started to shake anxiously. "I'm s-sorry!" He blushed even more and tried to cover his face. Craig laughed again and Tweek felt his face grow hot in embarrassment. Great. Way to go, he thought to himself. The coolest boy in school asked him to spend the night at his house and he screws it up by waking him up in the middle of the night. He felt warm tears cover his face. Suddenly Craig's pale hands pulled Tweek's out of the way of his face. He stared at the blond and the blond stared back with widened eyes. Craig frowned and wiped away Tweek's tears.
"Hey... hey! Cheer up, would you? I was only kidding." he smiled sweetly and pulled Tweek down against him for a hug. the blond blushed nervously as Craig sat up and closed the window beside his bed.
"Th-thank you!" Tweek said, running fingers through his sweaty hair once more.
Craig put the back of his hand to Tweek's forehead. "how are you sweating when you are so cold to the touch?" he leaned on close as he felt the blonds face and arms.
"its a-a-anxiety..." he replied, trying to breath normally.
"I think you worry too much..." Craig grabbed Tweek's blanket from the floor and moved it on to the bed. Tweek's eyes widened questionably and Craig answered before he could even ask. "Yes, you are sleeping in my bed tonight."
"B-but... A-are you sure?"
Craig rolled his eyes. "Of course I'm sure, I'm always sure. i see nothing wrong with it."
"W-weren't you asleep?"
He shrugged, "yeah but I don't mind. I'm awake now and you're freaking out. I can help."
Tweek looked down. "N-no you can't... I j-just have issues! Jesus C-christ that's t-too much pressure! D-dont let me be a b-bother!"
"Hey. Let me help you." Craig grabbed his small hands and looked into his emerald eyes. He smiled reassuringly and Tweek smiled back unsure. He climbed over Craig to get on the other side of his twin sized bed. He snuggled under the covers as Craig reached for the television remote and turned it on. The boys were close together, Tweek's head laying on Craig's chest and Craig's arm over Tweek. He assumed that it was only to comfort him. Craig is such a good friend, he thought to himself. He is such a great person... Tweek watched as Craig focused on putting "Red Racer" on the TV, the illuminating glow shining colors on his face. He was so attractive. Shaking his head, Tweek remembered not to keep his hopes up. Craig was perfect in every way and it broke his heart to remember a boy like Craig Tucker could never love a nervous wreck of a boy like Tweek Tweak.
That's when he kissed him. Craig gently pulled Tweek closer with his hands on his face, pressing his soft lips against his own. The blonde's eyes widened in surprise as Craig's fingers ran through his hair, gripping and pulling him closer. A small whimper sounded against Tweek's lips as he slowly closed his eyes, giving in to what he assumed was some kind of dreamy hallucination of his; but he knew it wasn't. It was real. It was real, unexpected, and was his first.
The moment they pulled away from each other they both turned red, gazing into each others eyes silently, their faces only about a couple inches away apart.
Finally Craig broke the silence with a grin, "feeling better?" He chuckled.
Tweek's eyes filled with tears and he pushed back on Craig, looking down at the bed. "A-asshole...!" His lip quivered.
Craig's expression turned into a concerned frown as he reached for Tweek to hold him again, but he pushed him away once more. "Whats wrong?"
"Wh-whats wrong with Y-YOU?!" Tweek was shaking and covering his eyes. "H-how could you p-play with m-my emotions like that?!" Tears dripped down his rosy cheeks.
"Tweek... I have no idea--"
"YOU'RE S-STRAIGHT!" He cried. "Y-you've had girlfriends! You don't like me..."
Craig looked down sadly. "I... Have been in denial for a long time, Tweek..." He looked up at the blonde and wiped the tears from his face. "But now I'm ready. I'm ready to accept that I'm not straight. I'm not a ladies man like people always think. The truth is... I've had feelings for only you for a very long time... That's why I asked you to spend the night with me tonight, tweek..." He placed his hands on Tweek's face and pulled him closer. "So I could tell you that I'm not afraid anymore" He kissed him again, passionately and gently. Instead of breaking apart they continued, hardly separating for breath. Craig's arms wrapped around Tweek and Tweek's fingers grabbed at Craig's raven hair.
Suddenly, a flash of lightly and a roar of thunder sent Tweek jumping backwards and was barely rescued by Craig's strong arms from falling off the other side of the bed. The blonde started shaking anxiously as Craig chuckled. He tucked him back into bed and then got off to retrieve a black and orange bag from under it.
"Wh-whats that f-for?!" Tweek squealled nervously.
"You're freaking out again. Here." He opened the bag. Inside was a blue swirl glass pipe, and a baggie of pot. With a smile, he spoke. "Let me help you."
