There he was again. Rolling out his yoga mat next to the pool, his different weight sets orderly put next to it. His impressive chest clad in a tight vest darker than the night sky, fully exposing a pair of biceps that screamed to be touched. Squeezed. Licked. Adored. Matching shorts revealing his toned legs. She even got a glimpse of his strong and muscular thighs every time he did a good stretch. Fuck, she couldn't get over how hot this guy was.
The first time she had laid her eyes on Mr Biceps she was immediately impressed. It was only last week. In the months before builders had rebuilt the house next door from the ground up, making it a typical Californian dream home and, frankly, the entire process had been a complete pain in the ass. Beautiful spring days were filled with noise, dust and obnoxious working men from early in the morning till late afternoon. Every. Single. Day. She'd literally sighed out of relief when the decorators were finally able to take over, meaning the end of her annoyances were in sight. Her discomforts and irritations became a vague memory rapidly when she saw her brand new neighbour in his garden. Maybe peeking out of her bedroom window onto the neighbour's property wouldn't win her the Neighbour Of The Year award, but curiosity got the best of her. She was extremely happy she did. Her new neighbour was fit as fuck.
It didn't take her long to notice that this man was a creature of habit. Every single morning until now he would already be outside when she opened up her bedroom curtains, doing an exercise of some sort. Whatever his choice of sports for the day was, he never missed a long set of stretches afterwards. Neither did she. It turned her on. It turned her on big time.
It was Saturday morning and that was the perfect day to put her little plan into execution. A little plan that she'd been thinking of all week. A little plan to finally meet Mr Workout. Introducing yourself to the new guy next door was perfectly normal and acceptable after all. She was more than ready to make a long-lasting impression on him.
Putting on nothing more than her tiniest pair of thongs and her shortest dress she slipped her manicured feet into a pair of flip flops (he didn't seem that tall, so better play it safe), grabbed the vegan chocolate/date cake she picked up at Whole Foods (he seemed to be the type who'd appreciate it) before heading over next door. He should've finished his workout by now. Nice. Very nice.
The slightest hint of nerves swirled through her body when she rang his doorbell. No response. She tried again and glanced inside to spot any movement. Nothing. Disappointment was an understatement. Surely this was the time he had been at home stretching all week. Typical that he wasn't today. Bloody typical. She turned around to make her way back home.
That's when she saw him running down the street. Running down the street fucking shirtless. Her mouth fell open a bit at the very mere sight. Automatically she blinked a few times to make sure her eyes weren't fooling her. Dark blond hair, with a few bleached highlights at the tips of his little quiff. An unruly bushy beard full of grey on his handsome face. It was definitely him, there was no doubt about it.
Lightening struck between her legs. She didn't have a clue who he was or where the hell he came from, but she knew she wanted him. She wanted him badly. As soon as possible. Like, right now. Helplessly she was rooted to the spot while she stared at him running towards her. Not that he'd noticed her whatsoever. He seemed completely stuck in his own mind. With less than a few hundred meters to go he stopped his tracks. Filled with confusion she watched him whipping out a massive iPhone out of his pocket to... make a selfie? Instead of keeping still he tediously shook his head left to right, smirked and tapped his phone screen enthusiastically. What in the world was he doing? Before she had the chance to process what she just witnessed he was already standing in front of her.
