20: Emotions

Pan's POV (last night)

I see Abby leave the group and grab her flask. Then she goes into the forest.

I assume she went to get water. She shouldn't be alone though.

I tell Felix that I'm going to check and make sure Abby is okay. He nods and I follow the path she took to the stream. I get there and see her looking at the stars.

"What are you doing?" I ask.

"Looking at the stars. Why?" She questions.

"No reason." I reply.

She sits on the ground and looks at the sky. I walk over and sit next to her.

"I love to watch the night sky. How about you?" She asks.

"Sometimes. But I also like to do this," I say and raise my hand towards the sky.

I used my magic to make it look like the stars were falling and creating animals. I made a wolf, a flower, a lion, and a giraffe.

I look to my left at Abby and she was smiling and marveling at my powers. I see her yawn. Then she turns towards me and snuggles into my side. I lightly blush and wrap my arm around her. I then yawn as well. I feel her drift into a deep sleep. I soon too drift off to sleep.

Time skip till morning...

I wake up, still in the grass with Abby snuggled into my side. When she slept, she looks so sweet and innocent. The complete opposite of when she's awake.

She looks so cute when she sleeps.

The thought brought a blush to my face. I shake it off and pick her up, bridal style. She stiffens but relaxes and nestles into my shoulder. I then walk back to camp to put her in her tent. I get there and Alyssa is asleep. I go to put Abby into her hammock but she grabs my shirt and groans, "Nooo, let me come with you." I chuckle at her actions and pick her up again.

I bring her to my tree house and set her into the bed. I then pull the covers over her and turn to leave. I then get startled at what I hear next.

"Peter! No!" Abby yells.
