"W-why are you doing this?" Ross asked in a pitiful voice.
"You stole from Leo. He asked me to handle it for him. You die. End of story." I say bluntly.
"Wait P-please! I can pay you 5x as what he is paying you!" The furious fire of hope shown in his eyes.
I chuckled.
"You are misunderstanding the situation." I say play with the cursed dagger in my hands.
"W-What? How?"
"You see, I own Leo. He was just asking his master for a favor. I granted him the favor."
The light of hope diminished from his eyes.
"No. N-NO! Please don't kill me. I will give you anything you want! Just don't kill me! Please."
"Really? You will?"
The Light of hope made it's appearance once again.
"Yes. What do you want? I can give it to you."
I thought for a while. Then an idea came to mind.
"Become my pets food."
"Huh?"
"My undead pets. Become their food. Then I won't have to feed them for today."
The man's mouth gapped open like a fish. Suddenly, he screamed blood murder.
"HELP! SOMEONE SAVE ME! SAVE ME FROM THIS MONSTER!"
He really shouldn't have done that. He would have lasted longer.
Quite quickly, hoard of undead came crawling, stumbling and walking towards us. His former men.
"Wh-what? No way......How did they became undead?" He thought out loud.
I waved the cursed dagger in front of his face.
"This."
"Fuck." He said defeated as dread filled his face.
I lean myself against the wall of Ross's hideout to let the undead pass through.
Through out the hideout, only the screams of a man, the groans of the undead and the sounds of flesh being torn apart can be heard.
Once finished with their meal, they turned to me for guidance.
"We are going to the Forgotten so take everything in here that is valuable to us. Pack them in the back of the carriages. Once finished, we head out to The Forgotten. Understood?"
"Rgh!"
"Ughh!"
"Usgu!"They all groaned in unison and got to work.
I nodded as everything worked out as planned. A grin couldn't help itself as shown itself on my lips.
•I love everything, fire spreading all around my room, my worlds so bright, it's hard to breathe but that's alright•
It's back. The song in my head with it's weird rhythm. I never truly understood it's purpose but I understand the meaning.
They finished within the hour and we set off to The Forgotten.

The smell of blood and smoke permeated the air."So this is The Forgotten? This is more than I expected."
The people around us looked normal. Everything is normal, except for their eyes and aura. They all give off a bloodthirsty aura or look at you with hunger in their eyes.
They all inspected me. Some know to stay away while other didn't as they look with wicked intentions.
I continue to walk through the place, pretending not to notice them.
I found a pub and entered.
The amount of stares I received increased tenfold. I walked towards the bar in a steady pace. Undisturbed by the aggressive, chaotic eyes following those very steps.
As I approached the bar, the rusty looking bartender look to me. His old eyes scan my appearance. Not a hair left unchecked.
"Young lad, what are you here for? This is not a place for you." His sturdy eyes placed on me, full of unwavering confidence.
I chuckled.
"You see old man, I feel like this is exactly where I need to be."
