I look at myself in the mirror 'man I'm sick of my looks' I thought 'maybe it's time for me to change' than I thought about Cole and smiled. 'what would he think' I pick up the scissors and cut one of my curls off I smiled than continue to cut. Once I was done I dyed my hair a lighter brown I changed my clothes too I found a white tank top I put on blue jeans instead of the kahkis I always wear. I put on a jean jacket than put on my shoes I snickers I smiled at my new look 'hope everybody likes this look'. I grabbed my backpack phone etc....than out the door I went "Oh honey look jay cut his hair how wonderful"my mom Edna said "sure right have a good day at school son" Ed said "thx mom bye dad" j kissed their cheek before running out feeling confident. (Basically he went from look like the movie jay too the tv show jay just wanted to clear that up).
*15 min later*
I finally arrived but all my confidence soon faded away I put my hands around for my scarf but realized that I left it at home. I ran my fingers threw my hair I breath in and walk in the school I could feel everybody gaze on me and whispering . I quickly ran too my locker but something caught my eye I stopped and look closer it was a red scarf but it looks familiar that's when I remember that my real mom gave it to me. I used to wear it everyday until I was in 7th grade Brad took it I was devastated. 'how did it end up here's I thought I shrugged my shoulders I grab it and ran my fingers over the materials i smiled i could see her hand writing sewn into it it said.

My eyes watered a bit but I blink it away I look around too see if anyone was looking than took it. I put it around my neck and smiled I could feel her presence than I walk to my locker. "Oh nice look jay" jay whisled I blushed "Yes indeed" zaen said "whatever" I mumbled. "Hey jay" I froze and turned around "h-hey c-cole" I sturttered he look at me up and down he took off his head phones. "You changed your hairstyle and clothes?" He ask I blinked "y-yeah" "why?" "U-umm just thought I need something new" he nodded than shrugged his shoulder. "nice" I smiled than the bell rang I sigh 1st period here I go.
