Izuku pov

"Mom are does the divorce papers Hisashi was screaming about" I ask

"Dad Izuku he is your dad and yes they are" she says

She usually faces me. Is this really affecting her?

"Mom what did he do to get you to this point" I question her

"I don't want to talk about it baby" she says in a cracked voice

I swear I'll kill him the next time I see him

"Fine but I-" I stop at mid sentence

If I tell her that I know that he is not my real father will she cry? How will she react? Will I hurt her? I don't want to see her like this. I want to see her smile. I want to see her laughing should I-

"Izuku, baby your mumbling again, now what where you going to tell me" she says turning around

I finally see her face after 2 days. She's been crying I notice

I look at her taking in her appearance

Her puffy eyes with eyebags underneath them, a small bruise in her cheek, a small stitch on the left side of her forehead. And her eyes they look sad, disappointed, enraged, but through all that negativity I see the small hope in her it's like a small fire waiting to grow

That's it next time I see that bastard I'll make sure he will never move again

"I just wanted you to know that I'm always here for you" I say with a reassuring smile

"I know baby. Thank you, now how about I start dinner" she says wiping her tears streaming down her eyes

Two week later

It's been a week since mother finally divorced him. Honestly I'm so happy she's finally free. She is doing much better now than on the first 2 days, and honestly I think it was after Uraraka and Lida decided to have a study session in my house after 2 days of staying home.

In court the judges didn't hesitate to make their decision there was enough evidence against him. Plus I didn't hesitate to tell everyone everything that had happened. The case closed with my mom winning 4 days earlier than expected. But when mom heard what he said and did to me she was disappointed that I didn't tell her earlier

Flashback

"Why didn't you tell me?" She asked with her head down

"I didn't want to trouble you" I say

"Izuku baby if you would have told me sooner than I would have left him a long time ago" she says tears finally streaming down

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry" I cry

How long has it been since I cried

Mom comes close and hugs me I feel safe in her arms.

Afterwards my mom decided to tell me 5 things about my real father after some insisting

1. He was very serious but caring
2. His quirk is similar to mines
3. He studied in U.A with mom which was a tad shocking to hear
