"Promise."

The engine starts, as he watch him cry from afar, shouting out my name. "Jungkook, I'm sorry." Hurridly try to catch up to him yet, window rolled up as the car starts to drive away. Stumbling on the street, the younger boy winced as a small wound showed up on both of his knees. Tears rolling down his cheeks as he tried to stand up yet tripped over his untied shoes.

Years had pass ever since he left, Kids would pick on him everyday he went to his school, nicknames would always welcome him as he took step by step at the corridor.

"Fag!"

"Loser!"

"Weirdo!"

Those words would fill his ears at the end of the day, to the point he would wanted to end his life ever since 'he' left him. Sleepless nights, unforgettable days, everything in his life is torture. There would be no daydreams, only nightmares would fill the thoughts of the unwanted boy. Everything resulting him, dropping out of school. 0901, is a special day yet everyone didn't care.

Growing up being alone when your mom died in a car crash, your dad didn't want you because of your sexuality, ending up leaving him, Kids repeating every word that would hurt you deep down inside of you.

Yet.. Jungkook smiled throughout the years, thinking something or someone would help him overcome all of his pain. He only thought, but it never came true. Beep, beep, beep, beep- rang in his ears, turning the alarm off as he sat up, rubbing his eyes and sighs, looking at the table and grabbed the picture frame. "Hyung, good morning." The 18 year old kid greeted the small child in the photograph, placing it back where it belongs. The tall, well-built man, stood up and went to the restroom, examining his face and slapped himself. "You're disgusting." Chuckling sarcastically and washed his face, observing the wall clock on top of the mirror, realizing he was late for work. "Shit!" He hurridly went to grab his pair of dress shoes, changing his outfit into a white long sleeve and black pants. Walking out of his apartment and locked the door, running to the nearest coffee shop where he works as the cashier. Bell rang as the glass door opened, "Sorry I'm late!" his co-workers eyeing him, telling him it's okay as a cheerful man greeted him, his manager. "Don't worry! What's important is you had a good sleep." The bright man went up to him and patted his back. "I'm sorry sir-" He got cut off as the manager frowns, smiling again. "Oh no! Don't call me sir, call me Hoseok hyung."

'Hoseok is the definition of sunshine'

The younger one got flustered from him as he let him call the older one 'hyung'. It was an awkward atmosphere until someone pushed the glass door, making Jungkook flinched and Hoseok bowed, "Well, I'll leave it up to you since your cashier and all." He went to the office as Jungkook went back to the counter, examining the man who went up to him, ordering a latté. The boy just stared, making the customer wave his hand.
"Hello?" the man scratched his head and chuckled at him, it was cute. Jungkook had a light tint of red on his cheeks, his face was heating up. "A-ah I'm sorry.. One latté coming right up, may I ask for your name?" Jungkook held the marker and the grande cup, looking at the smaller male. "Ah yes, It's Jimin." He flinched, clearing his throat as his eyes were wide open. "H-hyung?" Stuttered words came out of his mouth. "Excuse me, what?" Jimin questioned back, slightly confused at the taller male. "S-sorry.. One latté coming up! Do you want any additional orders sir?" Making sure he wouldn't mess up his first day at work. "And a muffin." The older one spoke up, eyeing the pudding and smiling back at him, Jungkook's heart melted as his smile showed up, it was cute, Making the newbie, smiled back. Jimin was suspicious about that bunny smile, remembering his childhood friend.. or his first crush.

The smaller male bowed down and said a 'Thank you' at the cashier, going to his table where he first picked to sit. He eyed the smile-like-bunny boy, walking to the kitchen. Meanwhile Jungkook at the kitchen, Hoseok was worried about him because how red Jungkook was. "Are you sick?" The manager frowned as the 4 other boys looked at him, the one with broad shoulders, named Jin, decided to talk him out of it. "You okay? We have some medicine if you're feeling a little dizzy." His attitude made him look like a caring parent, which made the other boys go 'awe'. "Yeah we could take you to a clinic if you really don't feel well.'' Taehyung, the male older about 2 years, pat his shoulder. "Here." Yoongi, the second oldest, hand him a glass of water to make him cool down, he has a cold personality yet caring. "I have a medicine just in case I get dizzy, but you can have it, or maybe you just need to lay down." Namjoon, a caring parent as well, crossed his arms, gesturing the youngest to sit down

"I'm really fine, It's just.." Jungkook covered his face with both of his palms, taking a peek outside. "Eh, does Jungkookie have a crush on the newly arrived customer?" Hoseok nudge his arm, wiggling his eyebrows. "Just flirt." Jin and Namjoon looked at each other making them both say 'JINX!' at the same time, the other 2 boys facepalmed, Yoongi saying something. "Just make a latté, I overheard you two talk outside that's why I know it's a latté." Taehyung was amazed by his hearing skills, going 'wow' and clapping his hands. "So cool!" Jungkook wasn't really paying attention to the other boys in the room, just making already a latté. "Aish, wish me luck." He stepped out of the kitchen and went to Jimin, placing his order which is a latté and a muffin.

"Thank you.. Jungkook?" Jimin scrunched his eyes and look closely at his nametag. "Jungkook? You kind of remind me of someone, but I don't see him now.." The customer sighed and smiled back again at Jungkook smiled at him and felt a little ache in his heart as Jimin stood up, bowing at Jungkook. "Really, thank you." walking out of the coffee shop making the younger one frown and letting out a small sigh.

"Hyung, I missed you."

I'm not really sure if that's you, but you also remind me of my childhood friend.. the one who I was deeply inlove with, until now.
