Jae has pov

“Then why do you look flustered?”

“Why do you care?”

“Because I’m trying to figure out why you won’t tell Shinah how you feel.”

“What are you trying to get out of me?”

I sighs frustrated slightly.

“I’ve been telling you this entire time.”

“Im confused,”

“You love him. He’s confused about his feelings for you. I’m wondering when you’re going to get together. I also want to know what’s holding you back from telling him how you feel.”

“I'm scared of losing those I love.”

“It’s okay to be scared…..but it’s not to let that fear take control of your happiness.”

“My happiness was long gone after the death of my parents and losing my brother. I have a feeling he isn't alive.”

I frown.

“Don’t give up hope. The impossible can still happen.”

“True, but I have a question for you?”

“And what’s that dear?”

“Where you spying on me and shinah again?”

I shrug.

“I have no idea what you’re talking about.”

“Your lying. It would be better if you told the truth. I won't be mad. But lying gets you in a lot of trouble.”

“I’m not lying. I was passing by and saw you.”

“What did you see?”

“You two were talking then you kissed him”

“Oh..”

“So are you going to let yourself be consumed by your darkness or set yourself free?”

“I don't know.. I want to be free…”

“Then find your happiness…...I can tell it’s with Shinah…...but I know that you need to find out the truth about your brother so do that but don’t hold yourself back…..or you’ll regret it.”

“Ok. We leave in the morning to go look for my brother. Now get some rest.”

I put a hand on her shoulder and hug her smiling. I know I’m not acting like my usual self but…...if she were still here I think Luna would love to help. ‘Why did she have to leave?’ I thought.

I noticed that Anaemia was staring at me. Her face was unreadable but then I realized I never let go. I laugh nervously and quickly let go.

“You have something on your mind Jae ha?”

I shake my head.

“It’s nothing.”

“You can tell me. I'm here if you want to talk,”

“It’s something I really don’t wanna talk about……”

“Okay. I'm here if you do.  If it's about a woman that you care about go tell her.”

After she said that she closed her door leaving me to stare at her door.

Shin-ahs P.O.V.

I watched as Anaemia ran off toward her home. Why did she kiss me? It felt nice. I never knew that she liked me, but then again….
