Sesshomaru found her unconscious in the woods on his joruney with rin the little human girl,rin and jaken the annoying green imp. They took her to their camp, rin nutured her after she was revived by sesshomaru's tenseiga. Kagome was still unconicous though even the sword can't get her to have immediate consciousness.
