The boy chuckles "excuse me im a merman" he says making me scoff

"But....you have a bright purple tale" i say stifling a laugh i can see the merman getting offended so i stopped

"So do you have a name or are you just a hot guy on a island" the boy says shamelessly flirting with me i blush and stammer my words in embarrassment

"M-my names kim namjoon me and my buddies are t-taking a break from preforming we run a group named bts" i said smiling at the young looking merman

"Kim namjoon...That's a pretty name" he said grinning "ill remember that"

I remember the blue gem im my pocket and take it out "here" i say handing it to him "so...what does it do exactly" i ask curious to know, jin laughs "this is a magic gem can turn a human into a mermaid for a day" he says giggling "im surprised you didn't use it"

"Well to be fair i didn't know how to use it, by the way What's your name" i asked the handsom merman "im kim seokjin, and i live here it might not seem like much but there are a bunch of us are living down here in the under sea kingdom we call euphoria"

"Hey jin do you think maybe i could maybe take the crystal and turn into a mermaid and see how they live" i ask shyly making jin laugh

"Ok but ill have to go get the other gem if you just wanna see, let me go get it" he says swimming back into the sea

I couldn't process what i was about to do i check my watch. It's only 10:00 i have 2 hours untill i have to get back to the hotel, my mind wonders to jin the handsom merman that is showing me around there kingdom seriously can we get back to the handsom part his jawline....his eyes...his hair...his-NO

Half of me wanted to run back at the fear of swallowing the gem but half of me yearned to see what the crystal blue waters had in store for me, i grab the gem from jin and hesitantly put it in my mouth i swallow it and jump into the water

I feel the warm water engulf me as i feel striped from all things human when the feeling is over i look to see jin his eyes light up and he grins
