Chapter Nine : Niall : Turn Your Face

Nails POV :

I Watched in horror as a tall , muscular (and obviously intoxicated) man stumbled to the door and grabbed Cameron's arm tightly . "Where the fuck have you been?", he slurred .

"N-nowhere ", Cameron stuttered , obviously frightened .

I quickly interjected before this man caused anymore trouble . "Cameron , go get your stuff."

The man turned to me ," You're taking the piece of shit in ? " he asked . "He'd be better off in the street."

I opened my mouth to reply , until I heard a chocked out "He's right ." from Cameron .

Before I did something I regretted , I leveled my arm around Cameron's waist and brought him out the house , guiding him to my car .

The car ride was silent until I heard a quiet question come from Cameron , " Why would you want to take a piece of shit like me in ?"

I carefully chose my words "First : no one deserves to suffer like you must . Sexuality is no reason to even consider disowning your child . And two , you're beautiful . I felt your pain and my mind is telling me to get to know you better ."

I looked at him to see him lower his head and blush . "Oh." He said .

The car fell silent and when I looked over a little later I saw him sleeping against the window .

I carefully lifted Cameron to my bedroom and lowered him to my bed . I slipped in and fell into a mildly deep sleep .

I Was awoken to Louis And his craziness . After I could read the tiredness on Cameron's face , I kicked Louis out (kindly) .

After he left , I awkwardly turned to Louis to shyly smile , "Yea , that was , um , Louis ... My best friend ... Unfortunately ."

Cameron turned to me with wide eyes . After a few seconds , he broke out in loud laughter . I joined him .

Later that night , I fell asleep to one thought .
