my legs hurt like hell throughout the day.
it could because of the textbook yeseul dropped or that there is barely skin to protect my bones.
"ow." i wailed in pain as i limp my way back to my house.
the light switches to green indicating that it is safe to walk. i walk slower than usual. the light blinks, flashing the person, turning to red.
i was still halfway across.
i suppress the pain as i try to walk faster but a car skims by me, hitting me right in the spine, knocking me to the floor. i try to get up but my wouldn't allow me to. i panic as i realize i couldn't feel anything in my legs. people rush over to help me.
"i'm fine." i keep repeating but nobody would listen to me. i was surprise that i couldn't feel any pain.
red and blue lights appear near me as paramedics take me to the hospital.
