I hate being the new girl. But apparently my parents don't care. They have my brother and I move all the time. After every grade we go to a new state which means new school, new people, new life. My parents say it gives us a new start to fix the mistakes we made in the past.

My brother is only in 3rd grade so he has not been doing it that long. I am a freshman so I have been doing it really long. Still not used to it.

Today is the first day of school. Of course my parents drop off my brother as I walk clutching my books in my hand. When I look up I see girls screaming in excitement as they see their best friends. The football players throw peoples backpacks across the yard. Geeks are quickly walking through to be either early to class or trying not to be noticed by those jerks. Then those fashionistas that are always sharing secrets. Then the theatre kids who only talk in William Shakespeare quotes or dialogue.

Where do I belong though? Another school year, another year to suffer. This time I am in New York at Central Park East High School. The school is ok. Honestly I really don't care about it...I'm just gonna leave it next year.
