Although about twenty-five minutes later I pulled up to the house and saw a bunch of cars parked in the yard. Mama H hopped out of the car but before I could get out the car Odell touched my hand telling me to wait. He waited until his mom went in the house and then he started talking.
" What's up," Lexie asked.
" At anytime you feeling over whelmed let me know okay," Odell said.
" Wym," Lexie asked laughing.
" If you don't wanna be bothered by everyone and you just wanna break let me know okay," Odell said.
" Odell really," Lexie asked.
" Really what i'm mad serious I know how you get around people," Odell said.
" I know baby but I have gotten used to it being in this world you always in a room filled with people you don't know. Although stop being so overprotective if this what you gone be like my whole pregnancy it's going be a long one," Lexie said.
" Alright I just wanna make sure you comfortable baby girl I love you," Odell said kissing the side of her face.
" I love you to Dell and I thank you for making sure i'm good," Lexie said pulling his face and kissing his lip.
" Now ready," Odell asked walking on other side and opening her car door.
" Yes," Lexie said as Odell helped her out the car.
Once Dell helped me out the car we walked in the house and everyone started clapping and hyping Odell up. Which made me wish I stayed outside but it soon calmed down and Odell started introducing me to everyone.
Everyone was shockingly nice and sweet to me and wanted to get to know me. Odell wouldn't leave my side but I told him I was okay once I got comfortable around his people. They were boiling food and doing crawfish and this girl was ready to eat.
You can't get that type cajun cooking back in New York so i'm ready to kill it and start eating you feel me. I was chilling and talking to a couple of his girl cousins and they were sweet. Although a girl from across the yard kept giving me stink eye.
Odell cousin whoever she is I'll fight the bitch you don't just be looking at people stupid. Omg, I thought to myself my hormones are going be worse while i'm pregnant. Although I was snapped out of my thought when Alicia called my name.
" Huh," Lexie asked.
" Girl Ignore her she probably just jealous, Alicia said.
" Who is she and why she looking at me like she wanna take my eyes out," Lexie asked.
" Girl that's Odell ex-girlfriend they dated in high school but now she dates his cousin Jonathan," Venus said.
" Yup she cheated on Odell with Jonathan and I know Jonathan cheating on her now they just got back together three months ago," Alicia said.
" Well she better move her eyes and what hoe," Lexie said laughing.
" Tell me about it how you dick hop between two cousins," Venus said.
" Girl this cousin walking over now Jonathan btw Odell and him hate each other," Alicia said.
" Hey I think Odell miss me when he was introducing everyone i'm Jonathan," he said reaching Lexie's his hand.
" Lexie," Lexie said hesitating to shake his hand.
Odell's Pov
I was clowning with a couple of my uncles and cousins when I saw Jonathan approaching my cousins and Lexie. I can't stand him and in no way do I want Lexie around him or him whispering anything into her ear. When I walked over there I completely ignored Jonathan and grabbed Lexie hand.
" Come here baby," Odell said grabbing Lexie's hand helping her to stand up.
" Why so in rush big cousin you don't see me standing here," Jonathan asked.
" Naw I don't," Odell said with nice attitude.
" Umm it was nice meeting you Jonathan can I talk to Odel alone minute," Lexie asked pulling him away from everyone.
" Lexie-," before he could finish Lexie cut him off.
" I know you and him hate each other and he stole your girlfriend back in high school. A.K.A. the chick who been eye me all day since I got here," Lexie said.
" Wait how you know what never mind Venus and Alicia huh," Odell asked.
" Pretty much but i'm good don't sweat it I won't talk to him," Lexie said laughing.
" You hungry," Odell asked.
" Yup let's go get some of these piping hot crawfish," Lexie said.
Lexie's Pov
After I called Odell down we walked over to the table and started eating crawfish and corn. Bro it was so good but it wouldn't be me if I don't post. I took picture of Dell and posted it with a caption. Once I did that I slid my phone into my back pocket and finished eating and enjoying this good southern meal.
