Falling For My Best Friend

Cassidy's POV~

Hi, my names Cassidy. I have been best friends with the members of R5 since I was born. We are next door neighbors and we are extremely close. I'm basically like another sister to them. Ross and I are the closest though. Currently we were all at the Lynch's house playing Apples to Apples. It was Ross' turn to pick the best card for musical.

"Fairies, no." He said and chuckled.

"TV.. I don't think so." He said.

"Hamburgers, absolutely not." He said and made a really weird face that made me laugh.

He looked through the other cards. "Ok the winning card is, MICROPHONE!" He yells. "Who put it?"

"Me," Rydel says and laughs.

"Well, it's your turn Delly, but look at the time we have to go to the beach now!" I say excitedly.

"Alright, let's go!" Ross says and we start walking to the beach. Since it's not far from our houses it's easier to walk. "Cat, I bet I can beat you to the beach." Ross says, smirking.

"Yeah Shor, I don't think you can." I say and laugh. Obviously I'm joking though.

"Oh really? Let's see then." He says.

"Alright let's do it. One.. Two.. Three.. GO!" I say.

We both start running. Ross is right next to me. He trips over a rock and I laugh and stop to help him.

"Ross, how did you do that?" I giggle.

"Well, I was trying to see if you would pass the best friend challenge and you did. Now let's get to the beach before the others." He says.

"Okay," I say and we start running at the same speed.

Rydel's POV~

"Guys, don't you think Cassidy and Ross would make the perfect couple?" I ask.

"Yeah, they obviously like each other but they would never admit it." Rocky says.

"Well I guess I'll be playing a little game of matchmaker!" I laugh.

Ross' POV~

"Okay Cass, so I needed to talk to you that's kind of why I brought you down here. Don't you think that Rydel and Ratliff make the perfect couple?" I ask.

"Absolutely! I ship Rydellington more than anything!" She says, giggling.

"Good," I state. "We all know they both like each other it's obvious, but I also know neither of them will ever admit it.. So that's where we come in. We're going to get those two together." I say. "Okay?"

"Okay." Cassidy states.
