The sky was a bleak grey and dark storm clouds were rolling in. I tilted my head to the sky and a raindrop landed on my forehead. I saw a forest ahead of me and ran towards it in hopes of shelter. The rain started pounded just as I entered the trees. Realizing I didn't know where I was, I panicked. I had started running right into the heart of the forest, I sat down lost and confused. I closed my eyes and listened I could hear people's thoughts getting louder and closer to where I was sitting.

"We have to find her"

"We can't let it destroy the town"

I thought I was in danger, I waited for the people to get closer thinking that maybe they could help me. When they saw me their thoughts turned unfriendly.

"There it is"

"Doesn't look like much of a killer"

"It's only a young girl"

I stood up to tell the silent croud that I was not a threat to them. When I went to speak I flashed my fangs I didn't know I even had.

"Please I don't want to hurt you!" I cried as they begun advancing on me.

Suddenly they stopped moving their eyes growing wide as someone stabbed me through the back with a wooden stake. Then everything thing went black.

Grace was standing over me, shaking me when I woke up.

"May! Wake up, you're screaming in your sleep"

My heart was pounding and I could hear my blood roaring in my ears. I took a few deep breaths. Grace was still staring at me.

"It's not fair if you can see what I dreamt in my thoughts" I told her.

She gave me a worried look. I didn't bother reading her thoughts, I was too tired to do anything but go back to sleep. When she saw me reach for the pillow and pull up the covers she spoke.

"You can't go back to sleep you have to wake up now and get ready for school, your uniform's on that box"

I groaned. How awful, what an amazing start for a new school day.

"Kay, get out"

She laughed at me and walked out. This only hightened my bad mood.
