Olympic Miracle

chapter 1

So today was no different than any other day i was just on my way down to the stables to go ride my amazing 17.2 mare Ro. I have owned Ro for 4 years she's my world i don't know what i would do without her.

My parents brought her for me for my 9th birthday because they wanted me to start taking competitions seriously, even though i had only ever done national competitions before on her such as dressage and show jumping but then they wanted me to either excel in riding or stop all the silly horse nonsense and you probably can guess my answer.

I have been riding for about 6 years now so they decided that they were going to enrolee me in the most amazing private equestrian school ever! Ridgecrest Equestrian Academy!!

Ridgecrest was the best equestrian school in the U.K. if you wanted to go far in the equestrian world this was the place that would make that possible.

"And done" I said to no one in particular finally I had finished completing the entry forms and just had to wait for call so we could organise a meeting so they can assess me and Ro
"I'm so exited but also really nervous because let's face it new school new people friends and enemies (even though I don't plan on making any enemies) it's gonna be like year 7 all over again"

"Mum can you please sign theses"

"Yh sure Hun just leave them on the table and I'll be in in a min okay" she said whilst she finished writing on something I couldn't quite make out what it was"why don't you run upstairs and star packin-"

I cut her off" but mum I hate packing"

"You didn't let me finish I was going to say after you roughly pack what you need anything that your missing or would like to take extra we can go shopping tomorrow and get them"

"I'm already packing"I shouted back whilst I went flying up the stairs and into my room. I know what your going to say 'why are you packing you have ages until you need to go and you haven't even sent your forms' but this is what we do me and mum always like to be prepared so she likes me to pack way in advance so she knows we have everything and also if we pack this far in advanced it just means we just think positively about things.
