Hi. My name Is Katherine. But you can call me Kat. You don't know me, and I don't know you, but soon you will. This is my story. Let's start at the beginning.

I was sitting at my desk, diet coke cans and paper plates covered in pizza grease were all over my table. I mean could ya blame me? I was messy some days. Plus I'm so close to beating Browser. I just had to-DAMMIT! "Ugh", I groaned. I threw down the controller and took the disk out of the gaming console and decided to play something else for a while. "Let's see. FNaF, Terraria, Yandere Simulator, Plants vs Zombies, oh Minecraft! Haven't played this in a while!", I exclaimed. I took out the disk and popped it into the console. While it was downloading I decided to clean up. I picked up the paper plates and cans and brought them to the kitchen to throw away. Once I put it all in the trash can, I heard a scratching noise. It was coming from the window, the scratching continues. I walked to the window and slowly pulled the curtain to reveal. "Oh hey, Nacho." , I said opening the window to let my cat in. He meowed while I scratched his head, purring loudly. I picked him up and I grabbing another diet coke, taking both of them to my room. I opened my door and I put Nacho down on my bed and the diet coke on the table. All of the sudden there was this weird noise coming from the speakers. I turned around to look at the computer screen but it looked, different. It was white, and it only had six words, along with a box. "Press Start to play the game", and the box that says "Start Game". I looked at the screen, puzzled, not sure on whether I should press it or not. Out of all of the books I've read and movies I've watched, I shouldn't be that stupid and press the button. But then again it was probably a glitch, right? I decided to turn off the computer, but when I did the screen was still there. "What the hell?", I said, confused. Crawling underneath my desk, I searched for the plug to shut it off. Once I found it I unplugged it and stood back up, the computer screen still the same. " I swear if I end up like one of those dumb people who press the button in those fanfictions I'm gonna smack myself repeatedly.", I said. But, then again, It couldn't be that bad. Oh, who am I kidding I'm an idiot. An idiot who was about to press that button because why not? A little adventure couldn't hurt, I think. I grabbed the mouse and moved the arrow to the button. Before I pressed it, I looked at myself in my mirror. At that moment, I thought to myself, maybe this isn't a good idea. Maybe I should break the computer, and walk away. "Nah", I said. I'm a complete dumbass who doesn't know what I'm about to get myself into. I looked away and pressed the button. The screen turned black. "Well, that was a waste of-" I was soon interrupted to the screen swirling, and making a loud buzzing sound. The room felt hot, and I started to feel dizzy. A few seconds later, all there was, was pitch darkness.

I know I came late to the party, but I started writing this in 5th grade, and I kept re-writing and re-writing and I lost inspiration to keep going so yeah...But I'm sick so for some reason I have the inspiration to continue to write this. I'm in 9th grade now so I'm a little disappointed that it took me this long to do this. But hey, as I grew older my writing skills improved so that's why I kept re-writing it. I hope you like this. Hey, maybe this will help bring back old memories, back in the good old days...
