It's been months since my brother disappeared. Everyone slowly went back to their normal routines and acted like nothing ever happened.

People at school even had the nerve to say it was no big deal and he most likely left for attention.I'm proud to say whenever that happened that person went home with a black eye. As you can tell I kind of acquired a bit of a temper.

I didn't give a crap about anything anymore. Slowly, I started falling into a depression and became more and more antisocial. My friends seemed to give up on me and Mathew broke up with me two days ago after saying i wasn't worth the stress. The sad part about that is I couldn't even will up enough emotion to give a damn about it.

Today was Friday and my last day before break. I couldn't be happier to get away from this hell hole they call a learning facility. I was in my last period of the day staring at a cup of water while Joshua Anderson gave me a hard time about Dylan.

"You know, if you were really close to him wouldn't you know that he was going to run away?" He said with a smirk.

I flinched but refused to reply, my parents would kill me if I got into another fight. Plus I knew Dylan wouldn't leave willingly without telling me, someone else had to be involved.

"He probably got tired of having to deal with you. It's not like anyone really likes you or cares if you're here. What i don't get is why he left instead of you, i mean everyone liked him, but no one gives a shit about you." He said. My fists were clenched and i couldn't hold it in any longer. i stared with curiosity as the water in the cup started splashing around. I stood up and punched him square in the jaw. I watched with amusement as his face contorted with pain as his body connected with the floor.

Before anyone could do anything, I grabbed my things and walked out the door with a smile on my face. Walking home was peaceful, it was raining and I could feel the tension releasing from my body. The school was about twenty minutes from my house so I had some time to relax and think about everything that has happened.

While stressing about what I should do about my brother, I got the weirdest feeling that something was following me. Looking around I found nothing. Come on Amber, you're just being paranoid because of what happened to Dylan.

With a shrug I continued on my path while occasionally looking around to make sure there wasn't a creepy guy with a hood stalking me.

I was almost home but couldn't get over the feeling that someone was watching me. With a frustrated sigh I quickly turned around and  shouted," Whoever the hell is following me better grow some balls and confront me about it before i kick your ass."  As i yelled this I noticed the storm  started getting stronger.

Looking around, i didn't see anyone and was about to give up when a figure walked out from behind a tree and made their way towards me. Getting nervous i began fidgeting and looking for easy escape routes, seeing none i looked at the person in fear.

As they approached I noticed that the person was very muscular and was definitely male. They were fairly tall and I was distracted by my own thoughts and didn't realize they were right in front of me.

Startled out of my thoughts, I looked up and gasped as I saw a bag going over my head.

The last thing I saw before I was surrounded in darkness was piercing green eyes.

EEEEEEEEEEE

Hey everyone, this is my second update and I'm already late! In my defense I found out I was moving and had to hurry and pack my things to get to the new house. So I guess it's safe to say that I've been a little bit busy. Anyways i hope to post another chapter sometime this week.  I know this is short so i will try to make my upcoming chapters much longer but that means it might take a little more time for me to updat.

Please leave any comments or suggestions you may have!

Thanks, Christie <<<3
