Continuation of Chapter 4..
She opened the door and welcomed her parents..
"mom,dad why are you here?" Avery asked
"come with us,i will explain in the car" her mom said
Avery prepared and grabbed her bag and followed her parents in the car..
When Avery is about to get into the car,she remembered Blake is coming at 8 pm..
"oh no!how can i tell him that i will not be home tonight?"
"maybe i can stop over at his house to tell him i'm going with my parents and we can talk again when i came back" Avery said to herself
Avery came in the car and told her dad to stop over at Blake's house..
"why do you need to talk to him?" Avery's dad asked
"i told him to get into our house tonight cause i have something to tell him"
"don't ask what it is dad"
"just go" Avery answered
"ok!ok!" her dad said
They stopped at Blake's house..
"Blake!Blake!" Avery called
Blake's mom opened the door..
"this is Blake's mom,how can i help you?" Blake's mom said
"is Blake there?"
"can i talk with him for a minute?" Avery asked
"he is in his room"
"let me call him" Blake's mom said
After a minute or two..
Blake went out and said "hey Avery why are you here?"
"i thought i will be the one who will go to your house"
"yes but i didn't know my parents will come to pick me up"
"so i'm just here to tell you i won't be home tonight"
"let's talk when i get back" Avery explained
"oh ok then see you soon" Blake said
Avery and her parents left..
"hey mom why didn't you called me to say you were coming tonight?" Avery asked
"i didn't get the time to call you cause your grandpa is in the hospital"
"he had a stroke and in a coma" Avery's mom said
"what?when did this happened?" Avery asked
"it happened this afternoon"
"the doctor said talking to him will help him to woke up"
"and i know you are his favorite"
"so i thought that maybe if you talked to him,he will then wake up" Avery's mom said
"ok mom!i understand" Avery answered
In the hospital..
Avery slowly walked to see his grandpa..
She couldn't look at him long cause she is afraid they might lose him..
"Avery come sit beside him" Avery's mom said
"ok mom" Avery answered with a teary eyes
"talk to him"
"he can hear you" Avery's mom said
