Another thing from my holiday:
I just came back from the ice cafe with my ice cream when I randomly overheard two people's conversation: "... Wenn man Da Vinci vom Balkon wirft" which means "... If you throw Da Vinci from the balcony" after that they said something like "Es ist noch kein Meister vom Himmel gefallen" (No master has fallen from the sky yet) it's a german quote which means something like nobody is an expert without any practice.
But it's an interesting question what happens if you throw Da Vinci from the balcony. I mean he would be the first one then xD
