Jiya was struck from a deep sleep when ringing that turned into an alarm, their alarm. She was swept by moving figures as everyone flew from their rooms. Time to learn where Rittenhouse was next, and how they would attempt dismantle history next. She got up and spun around to sit in her chair, typing fast through the security measures in her computer. Jiya looked back at the crowd around her, feeling self conscious but she understood the urgency.
She raised her eyebrow as the date appeared, there was a sense of familiarity but if she was wrong, she would be the one to get them killed for going to the wrong place, or changing history forever as everyone knew it. It was ridiculous anyway. She finally tuned into the conversation, the team discussing possibilities. Jiya finally spoke up.
"Jonathan Larson, the story of his life. H-He wrote it in a book and it was later turned into a musical. It was called "tick... tick... BOOM." He's the creator of Rent." Jiya immediately drew up, shying to the fact she spoke up of all people. Rufus looked back, asking "How do you know that it's him, Jiya?" She crosses her arms defensively with no answer. Then, Flynn chimes in, shocking Jiya with his defense. "Rittenhouse did go after Robert Johnson, so it seems like this would be something they'd do, destroying the arts."
Denise, leaning into the computer with a puzzled expression, then asked why they would be going after him. She then turned to her team and spoke in an orderly way. "Well, whoever is in trouble needs you, so go!" She snapped as the team quickly scatters to the machine. Denise then says that Wyatt should stay, because Jiya needed to go. Jiya then gave her a panicked expression. Denise responded by saying, "Jiya has knowledge of the time period and the man you're looking for." That made Wyatt quiet down his protests. Jiya buckles herself in as Rufus leaned over his seat to kiss her cheek. She smiled her nervous mousy smile then held on as Rufus punched in the coordinates to September, 1990
