Forbidden Love,
Ever since I was little, everyone older than me would tell me that love-at-first-sight was a myth; it was just something from the movies. I always assumed they were right, because when you're a kid, you always think the older person is telling the truth, but hidden deep down, there was a small part of me that knew everything they said was a bunch of bull crap.
Someone could write me a fifty page essay on how love-at-first-sight is fake, which I would then read front and back, and still think it was real, because I know it's real. You, my love, were the one to show me that love-at-first-sight does exist. Anyone who says otherwise just hasn't experienced it, and I pity them.
They never experienced the rush you get from the first glance, that no rollercoaster could ever give you. They never got to feel what it was like to see something so beautiful, that nothing in the world could ever compare to it again. They never received the overwhelming sensation of both fear and excitement, that causes your stomach to drop down for miles and miles. Not once did they feel a sense of familiarity with a brand new face. But I did. I was the lucky one.
A spark in my heart exploded the instant my two eyes landed on the beauty that you are. Your scent could be sniffed from miles away, and attract every single person who was fortunate enough to smell it. Your outside and inside are both equally astounding, and a thousand times better when put together. Every part of you is so similar, yet so different, that it creates a masterpiece that is unknown to this world. I could not tell you one other thing that even comes close to your magnificence. You truly are one-of-a-kind, that I knew it was too good to be true. And it was.
Of course God would put barriers on one of his best creations. True beauty does not come easy. Being with you can cause me harm in many ways, and they say it's not okay. Every mouth is telling me to let you be, to let you go.
I just can't. I couldn't bare the pain. The love you brought me can never found again, but by you. If I'm to take the risk of being with you, then it can make me weak, sick, and seem like one nasty trick.
I ponder on if it's worth it, knowing every consequence that can come with. However, if I don't, then I know I will regret it every day to come.
So I do.
Taking you carefully by the hand, and twirling you around, I take a bite of the Earth's best possession.
Fried chicken, none can compare. Your crispy, golden brown texture is like a sin. Thank you for entering my life.
Love,
