You just can't hear it over your Loud fan

The fridgE clicks on
It makes you jump
Even though you are used to it

You watch the shadows
Nothing changEs

You rearrange the Pillows
It's worse

You lay oN your back
It does not help

Did the shadow move?
It was just your imagInation

You Contemplate giving up

Your too warm?
You stick your feEt out

Your too cold?
There is a monster about to attack
You Bring your feet back to safety

One sheep... twO sheep... three sheep

You roll over
It's so cOld
You roll back to the warm
