A Troublesome Den

The dog's cold eyes slanted on the cave, "Is it safe?" He barked his question to his Luna, "last time you almost killed the Omega, Wind Chaser." His jaws clenched as he spat his remark. 

"Would I go in if it wasn't? My pups are coming and the pack is starving, we can stay here and debate or have my pups in peace! You choose Fox Flame." The she wolf lashed her long black tail against her fur, then turned to her pack, "We have found a summer home to live in." She smiled as the new pups flung their paws up. 

"Another wolf pack's den?" The beta called, "Ah, Star Sprint, you have gotten dumber!"His cronies laughed as the bitter words left his mouth. 

"If that's what you feel you and your flea bitten friends an leave, by the stars I will not live with this anymore. Leaving a pack will mean you'll never go to the Great Star when you die to meet with you family though!" The lean Luna barked. 

A mumble could be heard echoing though the crowd, "Luna's lost her sense." and "'bout time she joins the Great Star, she's got bees in her brain!" 

"All who feel that a change of leadership is instate vote me and my mate Fish Fang to be alpha and luna!" the same grizzly beta spoke up. 

"I do." A younger pup, Kelp called out, "If you give me my second name and make me a full warrior. 

The rest of the pack murmur agree and disagreements. Rose Stone spoke up, "I am called Rose beacuse of my fur color. I am called stone for my wise choices. This is why I am the healer of the pack, I say we change leadership!" 

"And I'll never almost kill us." The new alpha, formerly known as Rough Strike was now known as Star Strike. 

Star Spirnt was given the option, stay as an omega and have her pups live a shame filled life or since she refused a fight for leadership, leave and live as a rouge. She chose to be an omega

 I am her pup. I must live with her bad choices

And thus began a pack build on blood and bad choices
