"Here you go babe."
I grab my mug out of Harry's hands. The warmth gave me a nice feeling inside. I felt around the top of the mug trying to uncover it. After I did I took a drink of the hot chocolate and the taste I loved so much danced on my taste buds.
In a second of time a noise of pattering rung from outside. "Harry?"
He took my hand in his and rubbed his thumb along my fingers. I felt his lips kiss my knuckles and linger there for a moment. "It's raining my love," he whispered into my hair. I let a smile overtake my face. It's been a long time since I've actually seen the rain, or anything for that matter. "Describe it to me please," I asked of him.
He chuckled and snuggled into me on the couch. "Well, the sky is gloomy and filled with lots of clouds. The clear crystal like drops of water are hitting the ground leaving a bunch of puddles in the yard. And the wind is blowing the trees back and forth," Harry kissed my cheek.
I sighed and buried my face into his neck. The warmth of him always comforting me even on cold days like this one. "The day may look sad but its beautiful," I felt his hand caress my cheek, "You are beautiful (Y/N). And I wish I could change the world for you. so that you could be happy again."
"Harry I am happy. As long as I'm here with you, I will always be happy baby." I felt the couch shift and the weight next to me disappeared. Then Harry's hand reached out and helped me up off the couch. He led me somewhere and I just followed. The sound of a sliding door caught my attention. "Where are we going?"
Harry pulled me into what I assumed was the outside. I could feel the coldness and wind that he described for me. Seconds later I felt the next one. The raindrops sprinkling on the top of my head. I giggled and held tightly to Harry's arm. I opened my mouth in hopes of catching a couple drops of water. "You're so cute," Harry spoke. He turned me towards him. His lips touching mine, and we moved them in synch.
Even though I couldn't see him I knew that with the silenced that followed he looked on me like I was broken. Like my whole world was at an end. It took me a long time to get over it. Especially getting over the feeling of becoming another burden on Harry. When it all happened I suggested we part ways to make life easier for him, but the love of my life refused to leave me at my worst. Thats why I love him so much.
"Harry I can sense that sorrow filled face," I poked his tummy. "Pouting isn't going to give me my sight back, I'm okay now. Really, I am."
He grabbed my face and kissed my forehead. "I know (Y/N), I love you." I returned the love as well. We both walked back inside hand in hand, closing the door behind us. The warmth consumed us again. Harry tucked us back into the couch wrapping a big fluffy blanket around the both of us. I laid my head on his shoulder and shut my eyelids. "You know Harry, in this world of darkness I live in. You are my light," right after sleep took over. me.
"And you are my world."
