My horse has always been good at not spooking. Most horses will spook at a loud noise but he doesn't, so you can see how surprised I was when he spooked at nothing. So, I went out to the paddock to get him because I was about to ride him and so far so good I got him out and put on his lead rope. I started leading him in but I could tell he was uneasy, I thought he was just being weird until out of the blue he bolted into a trot I was luckily able to bring him back in to a walk. I started to calm him down by petting him but he didn't pay attention to me he was looking behind me I looked to see if I could tell what he was spooking at but there was nothing there, I decided it would be best if I could get him into his stall. So I kept walking him but he was still uneasy he was trying hard yo trot but i wanted him to walk we finally go up in front of my trainer and got him into his stall, I later brought him out to get him tacked up he was still a little jumpy but that was ok.
Another story was before I got mt own horse. I was at horse camp which is basically a place for little kids to get to know horses and ponies. The horse I was riding was a good horse but one day I was on the horse and a train came by I was a pretty experienced rider so I didn't think to prepare for the horse to spook and of course the horse bucked me of and I fell down...... That wasn't fun.
