Mr. Coss irritated by his black neighbor's music, peaks outside his window. His young black neighbor, Antonio Wilson, is outside bumping loud rap music, which Mr. Coss despises. Mr. Coss is an older white man that was recently divorced thanks to an affair that involved a black man. With hatred in his heart, he's still fuming over the situation to this day. He's always hated living next to blacks and couldn't wait to move out soon once he gets his raise at his job. Fuming, he decides to call the police to Antonio's residence. He wanted to get his peace and quiet and he already asked him to turn his loud music down. He secretly calls Antonio the n-word as the cops prepare to send a squad by his house. He tells them to hurry and peaks out every so often.

Several minutes later, two squad cars pull up to Antonio's residence thanks to Mr. Coss. Antonio was working on his car in his garage, still playing the loud rap music. Mr. Coss points them to his direction. Seeing the white officers, Antonio glares at Mr. Coss. He didn't like Mr. Coss one bit and knew he was a racist. The two white officers demand Antonio to turn his music down. Obeying, Antonio turns the music off, confused as to what's going on.

"Arrest him officers! Arrest him! I've told him repeatedly to turn his rap down," Mr. Coss instigates, anger and hate in his eyes as he looks at Antonio.

"I didn't do nothing Mr. Coss!" Antonio fumes, shaking his head.

Antonio tells the officers he didn't do anything wrong as one of them attempts to handcuff him.

"Hey! What am I being arrested for? What the hell is this?" Antonio resists.

The white officer pulls out his taser as the other officer attempts to cuff him from behind.

"I turned my music off! I didn't do nothing!" Antonio shouts again. The white officers ignore him.

"Put your hands behind your back!" the white officer nudges Antonio forcefully on the ground.

"What the...but officer," Antonio says.

"NOW!" the officer demands. Antonio reluctantly follows the directions as Mr. Coss chuckles in the background. Now he can finally get rid of his annoying black neighbor. The white officers wrestle Antonio violently and illegally to the ground for a few minutes. Then they lead him to the squad car. Antonio shirt was ripped open and his knees were bleeding from scrapping the ground. He glares at Mr. Coss one more time before they put him in the car.
