List ten people who have influenced you and how.

One: Dan Howell. He and I share a very similar mental state and knowing that he can be as happy as he is at times is hugely motivational.

Two: Phil Lester. He's such a great person even though he was bullied and is almost never given credit for any of his ideas. He still manages to be a great friend and a ray of sunshine.

Three: J.K. Rowling. She is such an amazing author and is one of the reasons I'm here on WattPad trying to write stories. The Harry Potter series was my first big book series and it's greatly impacted my life in so many positive ways.

Four: My science teacher. He's taught me a crap load of important things about the world and how I can help fix some of the issues that are big right now, like climate change, deforestation, and pollution.

Five: Hermione Granger. You know I had to bring the fictional characters into this. Hermione Granger has been a part of my life since I was very young and it's inspiring to see a girl who is nerdy and smart and stick up for what she believes in without those being seen as negative traits (other than from Ron and Snape, but whatever it was positive for me okay).

Six: Rick Riordan. An amazing author who has provided me with heaps of random knowledge on Greek and Roman mythology. Now I'm a mythology nerd, thanks Uncle Rick. All jokes aside, his writing is another reason I want to do what I do.

Seven: Thomas Sanders. He's an actual beam of sun who really taught me to be okay with who I am through educational yet humorous videos, and even some of his LGBT-centric vines.

Eight: Luna Lovegood. Even though most of the school thought she was a complete and total weirdo, she never once took anything they had to say to heart. She had complete and utter self acceptance, which is something I need.

Nine: my cat, Daisy. She taught me that it is 100% okay to not move from one spot of the bed for six hours before getting up and doing something. She's also been with me for eleven years and counting, and we grew up together.

Ten: and finally... my wonderful friends! This group of nerds are some of the best people I could ask for at this stage in my life. Some of the most accepting and understanding people I know of. Thanks for sticking with me, even though I'm obnoxious 8/10 times.
