I'm running so late today. It's all my fault, of course, because I've been out with my friends until the dawn. We've been drinking since we left work yesterday and drink out everything. You know, Uhm, personal problems that you can only share with your friends.

"Who told you to drink too much Astrid? .. Does that make you feel good? blah.. blah.. blah.."Oh Mom!

I just run down the stairs and ignore my Mom's morning rant. Aww,  that's how she makes my day. She will give me a complete set of rants starting from morning until evening, but she didn't complete it yesterday, so I think she's accomplishing her mission today.

"I'm going Mom! Love you!" I shouted then rapidly walk to my car. I don't want to hear any words from someone today.

Drive to my work seems so long, even if I know it only takes twenty minutes to get there, including the traffic. This drinking drama should stop, oh please!

I can see my two best girl friends, holding a cup of coffee, wearing our to die for, shades. They look like me today, sleepy and worn out.

"My head hurts so bad!" Cee said as soon as she reach for me and give me kiss on the cheek.

"Tell me who's not feeling that right now Cee?"Emily groaned as she hugs me. They are grumpier than me. HA HA HA!

I wrap my arms to their waist and lead them going to the elevator. Oh Geez! I remember now that our office is located at 20th floor and I'm absolutely sure that it won't help this hangover.

"I'm really not feeling good today, Oh f-" I was cut off when something was push hard on my way, not something, I mean someone. Oh not today!

"I'm really sorry." I feel like I've met this person, but everything is still a blur and my two lovely friends pull me out of the elevator and I didn't have the chance to glance back to the elevator.

As soon as we put our shades up, the lights strike so bright and the chatter starts to become so loud. Can it be more worse?

"Oh, Good Morning ladies! Rough night?" I annoyingly look at Allan and give him a glare. Oh, I really hate this guy. Out of all the people here in our work, he's the only one that I don't want to talk to.

"See this boy? This is for you." Cee growled, giving him a middle finger then walk towards her desk. They look like zombies, actually, we all look like a zombie today.

I ignore Allan that keeps on talking and talking about us looking like we've had a rough night and why are we so late for work today . The hell I care with him, he's not my boss.

I tried my best to focus on my work, but I'm occupied. Oh, I have a lot on my plate, if you just know it.

Lunch break comes and I'm still stuck with this work. Unlike my friends, they are already on their phone, not having lunch. I'm very sure, that they don't want to eat, because they can feel what I am feeling. Throooooooow up!

"OH MY GOSH!"

I lift my head seeing Emily with that horrible face. I've known her since Grade School. So I know her sad face, mad face, happy face and this face right now? It's one of a hell face.

"What the-- What Emily?" I hear Cee irritatingly asked. I'm trying to ignore them but the look on their faces now? Yep, Code Red!

"What's that?" I asked as I'm making my way to them.

"Nope, not for you sis." Emily snap then keep her phone back to her pocket But, of course they won't resist me.

"Oh please! Why are you like that? I thought you love me." I made a face that I know they won't ignore and it works.

I just hope that, that face didn't work and I hope that, this day would end soon.
