Award Show

Today we had an award show and the outfit I had to wear was all ready hanging on my closet.

This actually looks comfortable. At least I'm not wearing heels. Since we have to perform Boombayah tonight.

I got dressed and walked out of my room to Jennie's room. I saw her putting on her shoes and she was done. "Shall we" I jokingly said extending my arm for her. "We shall" she said laughing while taking my arm.

We went down stairs to see the other 3 waiting for us. We nodded and we left the building. As we got in the van Lisa put on some music to calm our nerves.

We got there quick and climbed out. The cameras started flashing and I held on to Jisoo. As we walked Rosé led the way and we got inside, we walked to our seats and sat down. I was sitting on the edge next to Lisa.

I was looking around until someone caught my eye. "No way" I said and Lisa looked at me. She put her chin on my shoulder and said "What?". I replied "Look it's Lucas" (don't attack me I know his real name is Yukhei and that's just the stage name but my phone keeps autocorrecting the thing so I'm just gonna right Lucas)

"Oh yeah, I saw he's in NCT now" Lisa said and she looked at me. The girls knew Lucas was my childhood friend and we were best friends. But since I went to audition to become an idol we haven't seen each other a lot.

"Come on go say hi" Lisa said. I stood up and as I walked away I looked back at her and laughed. She gave me a thumbs up with a big smile. I walked up to Lucas and tapped him on the shoulder.

He turned around and this was his reaction when he saw me, at first he was shocked but then he smiled.

"Y/N!" he said and grabbed me to get a hug. "Heyy!" I said as he hugged me tighter. I was so happy I wanted to cry but I remember I had makeup on.

He released me and we both stood there laughing and enjoying the sight of each other. "You look good, pretty. As always." Lucas said. And I laughed looking at the ground and then back at him.

We talked for a moment and then we had to say goodbye. We hugged and gave each other our new numbers. We waved at each other as we walked away.

I sat down next to Lisa again and we talked. We waited for a while until it was our turn. We stood up and went to get ready. We practiced a bit and it was time to go.

As we stepped on to the stage Rosé touched my shoulder to calm me down. I looked at her and she smiled. I smiled back we stood in our positions and waited for the music.

The music started and we began. When it was my turn to sing we changed positions and I was dancing in front. I caught a glimpse of Lucas looking at me and he did this.

We finished and everyone cheered. We stood next to each other as I was holding Jennie's arm. The other groups up against us came to join us on the stage.

We were up against Red velvet, Gfriend and Twice. As we waited for the winner to be announced we stood silently.

"BLACKPINK!" We were all so shocked and happy that we started jumping up and down Rosé hugged me and Lisa was so happy about the confetti. Jennie and Jisoo said our thank you.

We started singing whistle without the music and everyone was happy. As we celebrated we walked of.
