Chapter two: the traveler returns

After leaving the restaurant I started looking around for the Spiracorn, "I probably should've asked where I could find these guys," I said sighing as I tucked the photo in my pocket, "better head back there and ask," I said turning around, the wind blowing in my face, "It sure is windy today," I said approaching Hammerhead, "back so soon?" Cindy asked as soon as she saw me, "yeah, I need to ask Dave one more question." I said waving to her as I head back into the restaurant, the 4 men still in there, "you're back early," Dave said, "well..." I started to say as I scratched my head, "I forgot to ask...where would I look to find the Spiracorn?" I asked, feeling a pair of eyes on me, "oh, you can find them in the lower Wennath region," he said, "alright thanks Dave!" I said waving and started heading out, I was stopped by someone grabbing a hold of my arm, "excuse me," a man's voice said as he let go of me, "yes?" I said turning around to see who stopped me, "I'm Ignis," the man said pushing up his glasses, "hello Ignis, may I help you with something?" I said crossing my arms, "well we noticed that you just arrived here in Lucis," he started to say, "Ignis just get to the point!" a man with blond hair yelled, "okay Prompto, calm yourself," Ignis said, "we were wondering if you could give us any tips on hunting," he said as a man with black, spikey hair came over, "we'd appreciate the help," he said, he's cute, I thought, "sure! I'll give you guys some tips," I said smiling, "great!" Ignis said smiling back, "why don't you come join us," The black haired man said, "alright," I said as I followed them to the table they were sitting at, "may I ask what your name is?" Ignis asked as we sat down, "oh, sorry, I'm Y/N," I said, "nice to meet you," Ignis started, "this big guy here is Gladio," he said pointing to the man beside him, "and this one here is Prompto," he said as he pointed to the blond man, "and last but not least, the prince himself, Noctis," he said pointing to the spikey haired guy, "nice to meet you all," I said smiling, the prince is cute, I thought as Dave brought over some food for us, "did you want anything Y/N?" Dave asked, "I'll just get F/F," I said, "sure thing," he said as he started walking back to the kitchen, "so about those tips," Noctis said, "straight to the point," Prompto said, "well I really want to get started," Noctis said, "I can see that," Gladio said, "well, first off why don't you guys tell me what you already know about hunting, that way there I don't tell you guys stuff that you already know," I said, the four of them looking at each other, "well we know all of the basics, it's just that Noctis here," he started saying, Noctis glaring at him, "he likes to go straight into hunting without a plan, unless it's with people of course," he continued, Dave eventually coming back with my food, "there you are," he said, "thank you," I said, starting to eat the food, "well, uhh..." I started to think, "go ahead and take your time, we're in no rush," Ignis said, "well let's start with Noctis, you really shouldn't rush into a hunt, you should take some time and plan on what you should do for the hunt to make it successful," I said, Noctis stopped glaring at Ignis but ended up glaring at me, I itch the back of my head noticing his glare, "Noctis..stop glaring at the lady," Gladio said, Noctis finally stopping, "what if I like rushing into the hunt," Noctis said crossing his arms, "well it's not a great hunting tactic," I said crossing my arms, "but it makes the hunt go that much quicker," he said glaring at me again, "but it's how you fail most hunts," I said glaring back, "well from my experience, we haven't failed any hunts from me rushing in," he said, the other three just watch, "you must've failed at least one or two hunts," I said, "well...." he said as he uncrossed his arms, "hah, I win," I said smiling, "oh shut up," Noctis said getting a little butt hurt, "Noctis lost to a girl," Prompto said as he started to laugh, "shut it prompto" Noctis said as he lightly hit promptos shoulder, "hey.." Prompto said rubbing his shoulder a little, "I didn't hit you that hard," Noctis said, "Y/N help, I'm being abused," Prompto said, I started to laugh, "Noctis, stop abusing your friends," I said laughing, "I didn't hit him that hard," he said getting a little angry, everyone else soon started to laugh, Prompto running over to me, "help me he's getting angry, he'll hit me again," he said grabbing my arm, I start to laugh harder, "I must protect this boy," I said standing up, "you guys are having too much fun," Noctis said, "let them have fun," Ignis said, finally able to stop laughing, "but they're joking about me," Noctis said, "Y/N protect me," Prompto said hiding behind me, "oh come on Prompto," Noctis said standing up, "hes coming!" Prompto yelled, "Prompto stop," Noctis said as he started to walk over to me, "she is my shield," Prompto said, "she will protect me," he said again, "Prompto you are such a child," I said as he looked at me, "I know," he said, looking back at Noctis was now in front of us, "Prompto, let her go," he said, "no," Prompto said, "you will hit me again," he said, "no I won't Prompto, I promise," Noctis said smiling, his smile oh my god, it's so cute, I thought not realizing that I was staring, "uh miss Y/N?" I heard Prompto say, "Y/N," he said again while waving his hand in my face, finally snapping out of my daze, "oh my god I'm so sorry," I said blushing, "it's okay, but why did you go out of it there?" Prompto asked, I blushed even more, "n-no reason," I said as Noctis looked at me, "are you feeling okay?" he asked getting a closer look at my face, "y-yeah I'm fine," I said stuttering a lot more, "do you have a fever?" he asked, placing his hand on my forehead, my face getting even more red, "you don't seem to have a fever," he said, taking his hand away my heart beating faster than normal, "is she okay Noct?" Ignis asked, "well she doesn't seem to have a fever," he said, "well that's good," Ignis said, "is there something wrong Iggy?" Gladio asked as he walked over to us, my heart finally back to beating at a slower pace, "well it seemed like Y/N was sick but doesn't have a fever," Ignis said, "guys...I'm fine, I swear," I said waving my hands around, "are you sure?" Noctis asked, "yeah I'm sure," I said, checking the time I realized that I should be going, "oh! I must get going now!" I yelled waving to them before running out of the restaurant.
