Chapter 9

Alexandra’s POV

I can see Niall is talking but I have no idea what he’s talking about. I can only just stare at him and get lost in his sky blue eyes. His eyes were so beautiful I just couldn’t look away.

“So what do you think?” Niall says with a big grin taking over his face.

“Um.. What?” What the hell did he just say? Alexandra stop staring at him and pay attention!

“I was saying how I’m staying in Atlanta for another week, since I have it off and I was thinking we could hang out?” He looked down and started blushing. He looked so adorable!

Did I just hear right? He wants to hang out with me while he’s in Atlanta? I must’ve looked like I was going to reject him because he quickly talking again. “Well only if you want to, you don’t have to if you don’t want to. I perfectly understand if you don’t want to hang out with me.”

I could tell he was really nervous and I started smiling as he kept on rambling. “Niall I would love to spend some time while you’re here in Atlanta! Why would you think I would reject you?”

“Um.. I don’t know but I’m glad that you’re going to spend some time with me while I’m here!” He looked up at me with those sky blue eyes and a big smile on his face.

“Any girl would love to spend some time with you! I’ll be right back, I’m going to get something to eat.” I stood up and headed towards the glass display containing the deserts. I skimmed through the ones they had until my eyes landed on the fudge brownies. I called over the lady working behind the counter and told her what I wanted the brownie and a coke. She gave me my food and when I was about to pay Niall came and paid for me.

I looked up at him and gave him a glare. “I could’ve paid for it!”

“I know but a guy always pays on their first date.” He smiled at me while putting his change back in his pocket.

Did I just hear right? Did he just imply that this is our first date? I think I just heard wrong, there is no way he just said this was our first date.

“Are you saying this is our first date?” I looked up at Niall and noticed him blushing, I think he just noticed what he had said earlier.

“Well if you don’t mind then yes this would be our first date.”

“I don’t mind at all!” Niall took my hand and we sat at the little booth we were in. I was checking my phone since it had vibrated only to find that I had gotten a text, not wanting to ruin my date I ignored it. I looked up to find Niall eating my brownie and almost leaving me without a bite.

“Niall! Stop eating my brownie!” I playfully smacked him on his arm and he stated laughing.

“I’m sorry but it looked so good and I thought since you were on your phone that you wouldn’t notice that I had gotten a bite.” He smiled sheepishly at me.

“Niall how could have not noticed! You ate almost half of the brownie!” I started laughing since he had made an adorable face. He looked so young.

“I’m sorry! If you want I can buy you another one.” He started getting up and going to the lady to ask for another brownie but I stopped him.

“No Niall it’s okay I don’t want another one I’m kinda full.” I got hold of his arm and pulled him to his seat.

“You want to go walk around? I really haven’t seen any of the city and I would like to explore.”

“Yea that’s fine. Let’s go!” He took hold of my hand and when they touched I got shivers down my spine. I looked up at him and noticed he was already looking at me, I started blushing. We started walking down the street and after 10 minutes of comfortable silence we ended up in the park. He sat down on the grass and pulled me down with him, making me sit between his legs.

I started looking around and found a dandelion, I picked it up. I remembered what my dad had told me when I was little to always make a wish when you found one. With the dandelion in my hand I closed my eyes and started to think of something to wish for.

I finally decided on what to wish for. ‘I wish everything goes out well with Niall’ I blew on the dandelion watching as all the little white puff blew off being carried by the wind.

“What did you wish for?” I heard Niall mummer in my ear, sending a chill down my spine once again.

“I can’t tell you cause then it won’t come true.” I said turning around to look at him. I noticed how close we were but I stayed there not wanting to move.

“Does it involve me?” he said smirking at me.

“Maybe, maybe not.” I smiled at him and stood up.

“No! Don’t leave me alone!” he took hold of my hand and pulled me towards him making me once again land on top of him but this time he was laying down on the grass. He looked up at me and started leaning in, I did the same and in a matter of seconds our lips were connected. The kiss was sweet and passionate at the same time. Our lips started moving together in perfect sync. He leaned out of it making the kiss end much faster than I wanted.

“Wow. That was one of the best kiss’ I’ve ever had!” I looked down at him and started blushing. That was actually my first kiss and I’m so glad it was with Niall.

“That was actually my first kiss.” He looked up at me with shock displayed on his face.

“Are you serious?”

“Yes.” I started biting my bottom lip, a habit I do when I’m nervous.

“Well I’m glad it was with me!” he started smiling. I got off him and laid down next to him. He stood up and gave me his hand so I could stand up. I took hold of his hand and stood up. He grabbed a piece of my hair and tucked it behind my ear. He leaned in again and gave me a quick peck on my lips, making me smile.

“Alexandra I know that this is the first time we met and we’ve been only talking through the phone and through messages but I was wondering if you would.. like.. to.. be my… girlfriend?” I looked up at him, shocked that he had just asked me to be his girlfriend.

“Niall I would love to be your girlfriend!” he started smiling and gave me another kiss on my lips, this one lasting longer than the quick peck.

I couldn’t have been happier than I was right there and now. Who ever thought I would become Niall’s girlfriend? I’m so happy and I’m hoping my wish does work but the only thing I can do now is cross my fingers, pray, and hope.

Hi! Ugh I'm such a shitty uploader! I'v been babysitting my nephew for two weeks and he's only 7 which is a handfull. he doesn'y give me time to do anything, he always wants to play! On top of that i had writers block and my internet didn'twant to work. BUT heres Chapter 9! I'll probably start writing the next  chapter now. BYE!
