Sakura Uchiha The Eighth Hokage

Chapter 2

A Messenger hawk flies through the area carrying a message flying down after spotting Sasuke in intense speed. Uchiha Sasuke raises his arm ...watching the bird land on his arm, slowly he takes out the message breathing heavily feeling all worn out.
He opens the message and gasps slightly...

Uchiha Sasuke: It's from the village and from the looks of it seems like an emergency situation.

Shortly after resting Sasuke gets up and starts moving towards the village in a quick pace and in deep thought.

Uchiha Sasuke: I wonder what happened? Are Sakura and Sarada all right?

Uchiha Sasuke: what if Naruto is dead? slowly shakes his head no I can't think like that but then again it wouldn't be surprising if that idiot did something and got himself killed.... because he really is unpredictable!

Later...back in the Uchiha manor.

Sakura: Sarada what would you like for breakfast?  I can cook for you whatever you want.

Sarada: Never mind that now mom you don't want to be tardy for your late meet up with lord seventh now do you? sarada pushes her mom out of the kitchen all the way towards the door.

Sakura: Oh, all right just make sure you have
something to eat before heading to school.

Sarada: Yes, yes will do mom. she slams the door after pushing Sakura out.

Sakura starts walking toward the Hokage's office feeling the breeze of wind stroke her hair slightly she pauses and looks at the sky whispering to herself "today will be a good day I just know it".

She continues walking to the Hokage's office slowly as the huge red mansion starts to appear in her direction, she enters the building the guards smile softly waving at her.

Guard ninja 1 & 2: Good morning Lady Sakura

Sakura: Good Morning Ichigo, good morning Matu she waves back at them smiling.

Ichigo and Matu: Are you here for Lord Hokage lady Sakura?

Sakura: Yes, I am may I enter?

Ichigo and Matsu: Oh, of course, you can milady they bow to her slightly but uh haven't you heard?

Sakura: Looking confused.... heard what?

Ichigo and Matsu: Both scratch their chins slightly with their hands, um I was sure all senior ninja were informed of this but Lord Hokage is currently out handling a personal issue.

Sakura: slowly puts a calm but serious expression. What? I wasn't informed of this at all but if that's true then who's in the office?

Ichigo and Matsu: Shikamaru only milady, he is taking care of the Lord Hokage's work for the time being.

Sakura: I see, her eyes slowly narrow well I am going in to have a little chat with him.

Ichigo and Matsu: absolutely, feel free too they slowly bow as she walks away.

Sakura walks into the big red mansion building going straight to the Hokage's office noticing that the door is open looking at the male figure thats sorting through the piles of paperwork.
Sakura stands at the doorway of the room and says hey Shikamaru after knocking on the door slightly with one hand.

Nara Shikamaru: Oh, Sakura I didn't hear you come in what can I do for you?

Sakura: Her eyes narrow even more looking straight at him, don't mock me Shikamaru you know exactly why I am here? Sakura tightens her fist.

Nara Shikamaru: he bluntly says I honestly don't know placing his arms around his head.

Sakura: Geez why wasn't I informed about Naruto? You know I was supposed to meet with him, here didn't you?

Nara Shikamaru: Puzzled he looks at his chart I can't believe you weren't informed I will deal with the ninja for his carelessness. I am so sorry Sakura for all of this but Naruto got an urgent message from the Anbu investigating that unknown village I mean we don't know which village she's from but we have discovered the land.

Sakura: I don't understand why is he dealing with this issue personally I mean he could have had the Anbu take this on.

Nara Shikamaru: No, it's too dangerous Naruto won't risk their lives

Sakura: Yet he's willing to go risk his own life! Tell me his location I will go help him!

Nara Shikamaru: you can't go to him.

Sakura: why not? 

Nara Shikamaru: he flashes from behind Naruto's desk to Sakura's side placing an arm on her shoulder "because Sakura god forbid If anything happens to Naruto you will be our Hokage."

Sakura: Her eyes widen in shock, Me be the Hokage? What kind of mission has he gone to? Sakura lashes out at Shikamaru.

Nara Shikamaru, Sakura calm down you know that this is a mission where Naruto must put his life on the line.

Sakura: She sighs softly in relief that may be so but he shouldn't have gone alone!

Nara Shikamaru: He's not going alone Sasuke is going with him.

Sakura: Sasuke? He's going too? That's why you mentioned the title of Hokage being passed on to me if god forbid anything happens to them. Well, I'm sorry but I won't allow it!

Sakura backs away from Shikamaru and starts forming seals very quickly...

"black death illusion no Jutsu"

Shikamaru mouths the words "damn it sakura...you're so headstrong" before collapsing on the floor...where he kept seeing dark black images of his death in his mind.

The Anbu outside hear a loud thud as Shikamaru collapses on the floor, they look at each other and whisper "its begun" before remembering a flashback.

[Flash back]

Uzumaki Naruto: Listen up Ichigo and Matsu you will work together with Anbu squad 5 here and make sure that under any circumstances should Uchiha Sakura find out about this.

Ichigo and Matsu: So, should we lie about you and your whereabouts?

Uzumaki Naruto No, of course not Uchiha Sakura is too sharp for such mere tricks tell her the truth but don't let her know where my destination is but I'm sure anyways Nara Shikamaru is gonna tell her the truth and if not I am sure she will find out on her own. She was my teammate back in the day and I can tell you for sure she is no ordinary shinobi.

Matsu and Ichigo & Anbu Squad 5 then how are we supposed to stop her?

Uzumaki Naruto: Matsu and Ichigo the messenger who was supposed to inform all jounin and chunin ninja of my status didn't inform Sakura for some odd reason I don't know...maybe he forgot but that means she doesn't know so when she comes to the office to see shikamaru...keep an eye on her and contact Anbu squad 5 of her movements. Anbu squad 5 you are to stop Uchiha sakura under all cost even if it costs you your life.

Uzumaki Naruto: I am sorry to have to say this but this is too important...she just cannot know. Oh, and also make sure my wife doesn't know either.

Anbu squad 5 gets on their knees one hand touching the floor looking down before looking up at the Hokage "we will stop Uchiha Sakura my lord and will not allow her to inform your wife."

Uzumaki Naruto: good! I am counting on you.

Naruto vanishes leaving the area.
