The apartment was silent as the tv was the only source of noise. You were currently surfing through the channel, feeling bored out of your mind.
The doorbell rung out of the sudden, startling you for a moment. You huffed out a sigh and turned off the television.
The bell rang again and you groan "Wait!" You shouted as you get off of the couch and towards your front door.
You opened the door, and soon froze in shock. You weren't expecting a familiar face to show up in front of your door.
Kim Taehyung. Your ex-boyfriend.
You both split up for almost two months, and you were slowly recovering from the break.
Your furrowed your eyebrows "What are you doing here?" You asked, as you looked at what he was holding.
A bouquet and a cake in hand. "I'm here to apologize, I want you back, ___" He started as he looked at you, sadly.
You looked at him in disbelief "Really, Taehyung?" You contort your face in disgust. He nodded at your 'question' "I'm serious, ___" He said with a serious expression but with a slight smile on his face.
You scowled as you slammed the door in front of his face but stopped when Taehyung pushed his body weight against the door.
You tried to fight it but you being weaker than Taehyung, you failed as he successfully push the door opened.
"____, please, I'm sorry for what I've done" He said, sadness was evident in his voice but for you, you were having second thought about it.
"Are you really though? You're the one who broke it off and now you want me back?" You huffed out as you looked at him in disbelieve.
"What's the sudden change!?" You roared.
It went quite all of the sudden. You just looked at your ex, still boiling with anger.
"Pfft" A small laugh broke the silent before he started to laugh his guts out. You could just stare at him, feeling confused as ever.
"April fools!! You thought, I want you back? Please" He said before breaking into another laughed.
You just let out a sarcastic chuckle "You're an *ss, you know that?" You said as the laugh slowly died down as he looked at you.
"It's just a joke" He stated "Yeah, a cruel *ss joke" You bit your bottom lip and glared at your ex before glaring at the cake he was holding.
You took the cake from him and immediately smashed it onto his face with full of anger "Out!" You shouted and pushed him out of your apartment.

Before he could say anything you already slammed the door and locked it.
You slid down the door as tears starting to stream down your face. You were just starting to move on and now he showed up again. Just to make a stupid joke.
"You're an *sshole, Kim Taehyung" You whispered to yourself.
