I walk toward my work in a jacket and jeans smiling listening to my music. I walk in and see Grace there as usual "Good morning Grace!" I greet as I out my stuff up and tie a apron around me.
Grace looks at me strangely "Did you have your coffee yet?" And I nod "That's a relief, why are you so happy?" She lets out a sigh of relief.
I squeal quietly "I met a boy and I really like him, I think he likes me too." This made her laugh at my excitement.
She smiles and hugs me "Congratulations whats his name?"
I look at her "Namjoon." Grace smiles and we start opening the shop. As we take orders I felt amazing like everything was perfect. We work hard throughout our shift and soon it is 9pm, closing time.
We both changed and grabbed our stuff before walking out. Grace locks the doors and turns to me "Do you want a ride home?" As I open my mouth my phone goes off.
As I grab my phone and see Namjoon is calling. I smile and answer "Hi kitten"
I smile bigger to myself "Hi Joonie I'm sorry I haven't texted you today, I was working." I reply.
"It's alright, are you off now?" He asks making me look at Grace she's playing on her phone and I bite my lip.
"And if I am?" I ask squealing on the inside.
He sounds nervous "I wanted to see you today but I am at practice. I was going to invite you to come watch, will you?"
I hum making it seem like I'm thinking "I don't know where your practice is though."
I hear him chuckle "I will send you the place can you come?"
I nod before answering "Yes I can just send it to me. Wait outside when I let you know we're close." We say our goodbyes and hang up. I turn to Grace and squeal jumping a little "Wanna meet some cute boys?"
Grace raises and eyebrow before shrugging "Sure I have nothing planned for tonight. I'll drive us, lets go." She starts getting in her car and I follow quickly.
I type the address in and we head there singing along to the radio. As we get closer I text Namjoon and find him standing outside waiting. We find a spot and walk towards him giving him a hug before I gesture to Grace "This is my coworker, Grace. Grace this is Namjoon."
They greet each other before Namjoon starts leading us around the building. We stop at a door and walk in seeing all the boys either dancing or talking. I feel Grace lean towards me "You weren't kidding about cute boys." I giggle and see her eyeing J-Hope.
I start praying for the boy but quickly get dragged in by Namjoon holding my hand. Everyone smiles at me greeting me with hugs before I pull back "Okay guys this is my friend Grace, and Grace this is Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jungkook, Jimin, and V." I say as I point to each one.
She smiles big at everyone "Hello it's nice to meet everyone." Jhope, V, and Jimin continues to talk to her, practicing in English.
I notice I'm still holding Namjoon's hand make heat rise to my cheeks. He looks at me as I look at our hands and smiles before he looks around "Okay break is over let's get back to it!"
Namjoon leads me and Grace to the mirrors and tells us to watch. A upbeat song comes through speakers and we watch as the boys start.
Let's just say by the end Grace and I have our jaws to the floor. The boys are sitting now breathing heavily some even laid down. I shut my mouth and nudge Grace before I start to clap for them. Grace joins in "Wow! That was amazing! Can you dance to more songs?" She praises them.
She walks over to where they're resting and I carry over some water bottles. I sit between Jin and Namjoon as the others catch their breaths and Grace still praising them. I laugh and leans towards Namjoon "You really did do a great job."
Namjoon smiles at me "Thanks but now I am hungry."
I think of a way to help "Let's go get something to eat then."
All boys look at use when I say eat, and they start to agree instantly. We all agree it's late and Grace and I haven't eaten yet so we started packing up. I look and see Grace and J-Hope talking and smiling. I feel someone behind me making me look up seeing Namjoon.
I turn and give him a smile "Hi" I blush and look down. I get so shy around him and it's almost frustrating. He chuckles and just grabs my hand leading me out "Let's go chow down guys." They cheer and everyone follows.
We go outside and decide Grace and I will follow in Grace's car. Namjoon and J-Hope volunteer to drive with us as the rest follow in a van. J-Hope gets in the front seat while Grace starts her car, me and Namjoon buckle up in back. We all sing and talk as we head to a 24 hour joint to eat.
Soon we slow and pull into a parking lot and we hop out as the others follow. We all walk in as Jin and Jungkook speed on ahead with V and Jimin following and Suga bringing up the back. I laugh at their eagerness and walk besides Namjoon until we enter.
After we are seated V whines about wanting to sit next to me but Namjoon already took it. Dinner goes by smoothly eventually the boys are teasing Namjoon about me. I was a blushing mess but he quickly directs it as J-Hope and Grace talk to each other, in their own world. Throughout the dinner Joon slips his hand to lace with mine, holding it under the table. Overall it was amazing to be surrounded by good people making good memories.
The boys finish patting their stomachs, well Jimin, Jin, and V do this. On the side Jungkook breaths through his mouth with red lips from his spicy food. Namjoon, Suga and J-Hope still function properly.
The meal is paid for and we walk out and the boys start climbing in the van (A/N that sounds so bad) J-Hope and Grace are still talking and I feel Namjoon pull me bits away. I smile and swing our hands slightly "I am glad I got to see you today."
He looks up and sighs before looking at me "Ahh! You're too cute, it might kill me one day." This made me squeal inside before I blush and look at his hand swallowing my small hand.
"Am I going to see you again soon?" I ask looking up at him.
He gives me a small smile "I actually wanted to ask if you wanted to go out on a date with me? I know we already spent time together but I want to take you out."
As he says this my eyes widen as I watch him get nervous in front of me "I'd love to go on a date with you. I'll go anywhere if you ask me to." I slap myself on the inside calling myself stupid. I probably look either desperate or clingy to him now.
He cheers in happiness jumping slightly before hugging me picking me off the floor "Thank you thank you thank you!" Joon keeps thanking me making me laugh a little.
A horn goes off and we see everyone is in the van and Grace is in her car. I smile up at Joon "You should get going we'll figure out details later." Joon smiles showing his dimples before hugging me.
He pulls back and kisses my forehead with his arms still around me "Okay kitten I'll text you when I'm home." I nod before he runs off and gets in and I get in next to Grace as we wave bye.
As soon as they leave we turn towards each other and start squealing. We stop and laugh a little before she starts driving "Okay Grace spill the beans of J-Hope."
