Ain was in complete shock, she didn't know what will happen if Aiden sees her as he was still sleepy and barely could see. Aiden thought its Ayaan so he screamed in his sleep but he noticed the voice difference as it sounded girly, this made him curious and quickly he fully opened his eyes. Unfortunately for Ain, the light was already on but it was dim.
Ain don't know what to do, if she made a noise he will catch her and will make fun of her in front of everyone that would be so embarrassing she thought. Aiden was now fully awake, and was scanning his room when he witnessed something unexpected, he wanted to yell but he controlled himself making way towards a person.
What is she doing here? That too in my room? Aiden said under his breath...
Ain's expression was blank and showed no emotion as she stood like a statue. Aiden first stared at her for a minute and Ain's inner feelings were begging him to stop otherwise she will lose and would have to come clean but she had other plans.
Aiden looked puzzled and couldn't understand anything but right now he wanted to get her out of his room without making any noises.
"What are you doing here?" Aiden hissed looking at Ain, but she didn't reply,
"Excuse me? Are you even listening?" Aiden was now losing his patience, he just wanted to hit her head but he could not do that unfortunately,
Is she sleep walking?Ya Allah wake her up and spare me... Aiden said worriedly but quite loudly.
Aiden took a small pillow and it hit Ain's head causing her to fall on the floor. Ain acted as if she is fully awake and looked at Aiden,who was now sighing in relief.
"Why Am I here?" Ain said innocently looking around the room,
"Ask yourself" Aiden said glaring at her; Ain got up adjusting her hijab,
"Did in sleep walk again?" Ain said with a nervous chuckle and Aiden raised an eyebrow,
Ain didn't made any eye contact because his eyes has some effect on her, so she ignored and replied gazing at the ground,
"Now Please my lady will you go to your room?" Aiden said sarcastically,
"Umyeahsorry" Ain said quickly and ran out of the room,Aiden didn't got anything on what she said but he grew suspicious because this time Ain didn't started any fight and mainly she didn't argue with him.
The next morning everyone were having breakfast on the dining table except Aiden, who hasn't shown up yet and Ain was more than happy because she was in fear.
"So Ain, we have whole day what shall we do?" Fiza asked Ain, who was still nervous,
"Ain I am asking you" Fiza shook Ain's shoulder to get her attention, Ain was about to reply when someone answered for her,
"Girls lets watch a movie" Ifza said joining their conversation,
"No I don't want to get kidnapped again" Ain said without thinking,Fiza just glared at Ain and Ayaan looked at Ain in a horrified look,
"You were kidnapped?" Ifza asked shockingly, this got Aunt Halimah's attention who was reading a newspaper,
"Really dear?" "Who did that idiotic thing?" Aunt Halimah asked looking worriedly at Ain,
Your sons, Ain said under her breath...
"No not exactly in real but in my dreams" Ain let out a fake chuckle with Fiza nodding and joining in,
"You scared me" Ifza said placing her hand on her heart.
"Alhamdulillah that was just a dream" Aunt Halimah smiled at Ain,
"But still how was the feeling?" Ifza asked with curiosity,
Ayaan who was silently listening to their conversation started coughing, and Aunt Halimah had to give him a glass of water.
"Bro are you okay?" Ifza asked and without waiting for Ayaan's reply, she continued her question "I mean some dreams seem real right?"
Ya Allah someone please tell her to stop? Ain prayed to God...
"Hey big head stop asking silly questions" Aiden said sitting next to Ifza, who glared at her brother,
"I was just asking" Ifza protested, Aiden just rolled his eyes.
"Aiden, did you forget your manners?" Suddenly Aunt Halimah asked and everyone eyes turned on her,
"Sorry mom, anyways Assalamuaalaikum everyone" Aiden stood up and greeted, then he looked at his mother who was now smiling,
"Walaikumussalam" All replied in unison,
"Fiza I wanted to ask you something" Aiden first looked at Ain then at Fiza who was drinking a juice, Ain looked at her hands nervously.
"Yeah sure" Fiza replied,
"Not here come in garden" Aiden went near to fiza and whispered in her ear so she nodded,
Ain wanted to follow them but Ayaan distracted her, so she lost the track of them. Ifza and Aunt Halimah walked away so it was only two ofthem.
"JazakAllah hu khair Ain for saving us otherwise my lovely mom will never forgive me and Aiden" Ayaan said seriously, to which Ain just smiled.
"Its okay and I am not angry with you anymore instead I should say thanks to you guys for keeping me safe and may Allah bless you and your family" Ain said smilingly, Ayaan eyes widened in amusement and he just stared at her.
"Hey come on I am not that bad" Ain chuckled seeing Ayaan's reaction,
"Which means you are not angry with Aiden too?" Ayaan asked making Ain to roll her eyes,
"Not again, aren't we having a good conversation? Why you had to mention him?" Ain got a bit annoyed,
"It involves him, don't you remember?" Ayaan laughed, this time Ain joined him. She couldn't help but notice how different these twin brothers are though they resemble each other but are poles apart in nature.
"Why does Aiden rarely smile?" Ain asked out of curiosity,
"Now aren't we having a good conversation? Why you had to mention him?" Ayaan said dramatically and Ain looked down at her hands,
"Jokes apart but I don't have the answer to this" Ayaan chuckled, and added "Why don't you ask Aiden?"
"Ask me what?" Aiden suddenly came and sat opposite to Ain so he could face her, Ayaan was now smirking causing Ain to glare at him.
"Where is Fiza?" Ain asked looking at Aiden's shoulder, and he noticed.
"Ayaan tell her that Fiza is talking to her mother on phone"Aiden said looking directly into her eyes, this time Ain didn't looked anywhere but his eyes,
don't know for how many seconds she was staring at him.
Your eyes.... are...Ain thought and shook her head in reality... Oops
"You were saying something?" Aiden said confidently,breaking the eye contact she looked down in embarrassment,
"How did you know?" Ain asked widening her eyes,
"Common sense which you don't have and i have my ways to bring out the truth" Aiden stated,
"Aiden she has trust me" Ayaan chuckled but it was a genuine reply,
in the whole conversation he was just looking at both.
This got her attention.
"I hate you; wait why I am even having a talk with you? This is not me" Ain stood up angrily and walked off, but she stopped mid way when Aiden said from behind "I am watching you just be careful"
"Its haram safe yourself" Saying this Ain left.
Ain was now fully pissed and angrily opened the door of her room only to find Fiza, who was crying and she was holding a phone in her hand.Ain went near her and hugged her. Then she gave her a glass of water so that she could feel better.
"What happened fiz? Is everything okay at your home?" Ain asked worriedly, squeezing Fiza's hands.
"It's Mazin" When these words came out of Fiza's mouth, Ain just panicked.
